Dan examined the water damage in the bathroom floor around the fixtures and checked the subfloor underneath. He decided what needed to be done. He wrote up a proposal and contract, and made the cost very fair and affordable. Norm and Zach worked so hard in taking off the damaged flooring layer by layer - down to the joists! They then professionally installed layers of new flooring, laid the interlocking tiles that we had picked out, and finished it perfectly with new baseboard. My family and I think it's beautiful! David and Josh came to install a new toilet and fix plumbing. They did a great job by repositioning the toilet and making sure there were no leaks. We lived with a bad floor for over a decade, not knowing the full damage that had taken place. So we are thrilled with the new quality construction of our bathroom. My home is a historic structure, so we ran into a roadblock when the historic committee in the area blocked the building permit.
