That answer made no sense for a customer just trying to know the hours. Then she asked, "Were you the guy that called last week?" which came off rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I said no, and the whole interaction felt disrespectful for no reason. If your hours vary, then update them clearly instead of talking down to customers who are just asking a basic question. The way they speak to people is enough to make me not want to come back.

If your team is going to treat customers like they're an inconvenience for asking for something as basic as a condiment, then at the very least there should be self-serve stations available. That way, customers don't have to feel like they're bothering your staff just to get what they already asked for. I get its fast food and no one cares, but like these people are getting paid and are just assholes for no reason.
