They used the b-word multiple times, and a female employee came out of the kitchen and appeared to be crying. The male employees made the restaurant so uncomfortable that I chose to finish my meal elsewhere. I didn't even use the restroom, though I really needed to go. This review is mainly for the person at the drive thru and the manager, Austin Baker…read more On 9/17/24, I went through the drive thru around 11:00 A.M. I pulled up and received my food but then forgot to wait on my change. I gave them a $50.00 bill, and my meal was almost 13.00. I didn't realize I forgot to get my change until I got home. I immediately called and spoke with Austin, the manager. I explained what had happened, and he told me they had my change and could pick it up. I advised him that I live about 45 minutes away and couldn't get there until the first of next week. Austin told me he could meet me somewhere to give me my money as he lives close to me. I was totally shocked at his thoughtfulness and kindness. He went above and beyond his duty, as this was totally my fault. I met him at the location and he gave me my money back and a complimentary card!!!! I never expected him to go out of his way to do this for a total stranger. I offered him a gratuity, but he would not accept it. He said it was no big deal, smiled, and said, " Have a nice day." I will be forever grateful to him and his staff for their honesty and his gesture of kindness. It was so refreshing to have this happen and know that there are still trustworthy and dependable people in this world. Again, kudos to Wendy's staff and manager, Austin, at 101 Sesame St. Morgantown, WV
