Not cool to never know how much, approximately, your order will cost. If you want an expresso drink, there are at least three other businesses in town that have an actual espresso machine. Lotus has a machine that buttons are pushed and a drink prepared, not expresso and steamed milk. I feel this is an honest review based on multiple, infrequent visits to Lotus.
