I also thought the (at least) 10-minute wait for an almost $14 after tax açaí bowl was a bit much, but I usually don't mind if the food and service is adequate. Not sure if the employees were just having a rough day, but the experience was disappointing at best and at 7 AM it has the potential to set the tone for the rest of a customer's day.
