I was fortunate to learn about Story Termite & Pest Control. I called the office, and explained the lack of service we had, what I was looking for and what Story could provide. They put in contact with our technician, Brian who meet me at the house. We walked the perimeter and I explained what we had in terms of bugs and those pesky ants that always seem to get inside certain areas during the warm summer months. While there was an initial cost, I was happy to pay it to start our service. It's 6 months and Story has been to the house three times. Minus the flies during the summer months, we've been very happy with the service we have received. On the day of appointment, 30 minutes before the end of the time window (11am-2pm) and only after I called to make sure Bobby was coming, he told me the current job went long and he would have to reschedule. I cancelled. They are unorganized and unprofessional in how the do business. I'm surprised they can remain in business with this kind of poor service in a small community. Beware!

He will even let me know when he is not available and someone else will be providing the service. Last night we had an issue with ants coming into our dining room from an outside wall.
