    Well that's kinda shitty

Well that's kinda shitty. Why take the time to make a whole pizza if you're gonna deliver it like this.

People say that you can't get something of good quality that is fast and cheap. I have ordered delivery from here twice, and both times those very qualifications were met. Have no illusions: the food is typical greasy, fried fare. But if that is what you are craving on a stressful, humid Tuesday night, you can't go wrong. Our food was here in 20 minutes, and it was so hot it warped the styrofoam. We ordered chicken fingers and a cheeseburger, and my burger was done just as I asked (only cheese, tomato, pickle, light mayo, medium rare). The fries were hot and crispy. And the side salad (something that typically languishes in our fridge, a forgotten hunk of iceberg) looks like a promising lunch for tomorrow with fresh greens and yellow peppers. We ordered pizza from them several months back, and the same can be said: hot, fast, and overall delicious.

A lovely small Italian restaurant nestled in Melrose's downtown!…read more I met friends here for dinner for a Fundraiser for MAAV (Melrose Alliance Against Violence) and was so happy to see them participate in something like that! We ordered martinis from the celebrity bartender, mine a pumpkin martini, and then ordered food. I always try to order what a restaurant is known for so under "House Seafood Specialities", I went with the mussels and calamari over homemade fusilli 'Giacomo style' (lobster based red sauce with a touch of béchamel) absolutely delicious with a generous portion of seafood and pasta plus so reasonably priced at $25!! It was very loud so it was tough to catch up with friends but it made me so happy to see such a big turnout for such an important cause! We're already planning another dinner here soon!

We started with bruschetta. Maybe slice it into pieces? Nope. I'll just destroy it. Then I got the chicken Marsala. Flavorless. Boring. My kid got the chicken fingers. They were actually decent but I had to double check the menu to make sure she was supposed to get an ice cream for dessert. The waitress was happy to give us our check. When I asked to speak to a manager, he got super aggressive and stomped over angrily saying "I'm the manager ." we asked if we were supposed to get ice cream with our kid's chicken fingers. He said "take it up with your server." Thank you. You're a delight. We haven't seen our server since she gave us the check.

As someone who loves dining out--and who's Italian and has been fortunate enough to visit Italy…read moremany times--this was the meal of the year. I honestly can't think of another restaurant that captures the essence of Northern Italian cuisine at this level. Every single dish we ordered was exceptional. My advice: go family-style so you can share and experience as much of the menu as possible. The tortellini was outstanding, the pasta with the brandy cream sauce was unforgettable, and the short rib was absolutely phenomenal. Not a single dish missed, and there wasn't one thing we wouldn't order again. To top it all off, the chef came over to our table at the end of the meal to say hello--a thoughtful touch that made an already incredible experience even more memorable. I would put this restaurant up against anything I've had in Italy, and without question, it's the best Italian restaurant in the Boston area. The most surprising part? It's in Woburn, not the North End. 10/10. An unforgettable dining experience

Don't believe the hype…read more The good: Service was very attentive and nice. The bad: everything we ordered needed salt (and there's no shaker on the table). Pasta arrived lukewarm. Short rib with risotto also not hot, and I suspect was microwaved after a service snafu. Social media will lead you to believe that all of the pasta is homemade, but notably only one option - the fettuccini - was marked as homemade on the menu.
