I grabbed an Arancini and small cheese pizza. The ARANCINI was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I love this place! We ordered from Nella's the night we moved to Reading, and it was awesome. It has never disappointed us since. The pizza is really great, and we've tried several kinds and even ordered it when we had family over. I also love their turkey club with fries. The fries are really good, similar to McDonalds. It's always difficult to find YOUR pizza place when moving to a new town. But I can confidently say that after trying different places over the course of a year that this is THE place. This is good Italian-style pie, not the (sorry) inferior Greek-style. My family takes advantage of the $6.99 cheese pizza deal quite often including ordering a dozen pizzas for my daughter's birthday. Also, as an obscure side note, there is a $10 minimum for credit card purchases. But instead of refusing to take a card like SO many places, they simply explain that there will be a (reasonable) surcharge added. Every place should do this instead of alienating and angering customers who prefer to not carry cash. read more

This is a restaurant you must try. All of the ingredients are fresh with very generous servings. We had a pizza and I believe that the crust may be my favorite, ever. The salad was hearty. The french fries was good too.My only issue with it was I bought cookies to add to the total cause there is a delivery minimum. Great "hole in the wall" pizza place. The atmosphere is just what you want for a great pie. The aroma washes over you the moment you enter. They specialize in Italian style thin crust pizza and do it very well. The cheese/sauce ratio is spot on with a good balance of zing and sweet. BIG MISTAKE! I dropped in for a pizza but ordered a chicken parm sub instead. Well I watched as they made the sub. The chicken of course was frozen and coated in breadcrumbs but tasted super old or had freezer burn. The sauce was awful. I think the only thing that tasted right was the cheese and bread. I watched as they made a pizza -it was taken out of the freezer and thrown into the oven. I won't return. I generally give a place a couple of chances, but there didn't seem anything redeeming. I hate to give a poor review to a non-chained restaurant. I heard there were new owners, so maybe it has gotten better, but the sub was so awful that I had to toss it and no reason to return. read more
