I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience really needs to be shared…read more A member of our group was dining here with her under 1-year-old baby when a server accidentally spilled an entire glass of sweet tea directly onto the child. Accidents happen, and no one is blaming someone for that alone--but what happened after is the real issue. Instead of immediately checking on the baby, apologizing properly, or making any effort to fix the situation, the server disappeared. No manager came over, no one followed up to make sure the baby was okay, and no accommodations were offered. The table was essentially left to handle the situation themselves. When asked to speak to a manager/owner, no one came out at the time to address the situation. This isn't about a mistake--it's about the complete lack of accountability and customer care afterward. When a situation involves a baby, you would expect urgency, concern, and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, none of that was shown. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how situations like this are handled in the future, because this was extremely disappointing.

My steak was perfectly cooked, the potato was just right and my broccoli was just the right amount. I do not like a lot of seasoning on my steak and this was exactly the right amount. I did take home my cheese cake dessert. Will definitely make it my go to place.

My oldest brother and our new stepfather was trying to get drinks for us at the bar as we sat waiting 30-40 minutes to be seated. We understood because we were a large and late party coming in. In any case, the women at the bar, for no real reason, closed the tab my oldest brother was trying to start to get us all a drink as we waited and then transfer it to the table. He told her this and all she could say was "oh ok", and then proceeded to handle others. Not cool. Later on, we got seated to which our lovely server took REALLY good care of us I'm talking took our drink orders, got our orders out and hot! Helped give suggestions and also just had genuine patience for us as we tried to figure out our orders and etc. I had the salmon with rice and Brussels spouts and broccoli, which the salmon and rice was the best out of the broccoli (overcooked) and the Brussels sprouts (too fattening). Apart from that, everyone seems to thoroughly enjoy their drinks and dinner (which I do end up finally getting my Gin and Tonic. Also as a note, I did see the health score was 93, which is good. Even though the ceiling behind us seemed to be caving in a bit?? Hopefully not of concern, but the bar was a travesty.
