Everyone always forgets about the Klement's outlet store. They have limited hours during the week…read morebut for any major party this is the place to hit. Their pricing is much better than at retail but the selection is a little limited. However, if you want the standard brats, hot dogs, beef sticks, etc you need to stop here. Twice a year they have a big blow-out sale on a Saturday. They are recently under new ownership but they still had the sale in fall. Klement's produces many private label products. At the sale you can pick up a pound of sausage for a buck and there are many other deals. Plan to wait in line but you can walk out with a full cart of meat for under $40!

They have the best wings ever!!!! I had mentioned to the man behind the counter that my husband enjoys extremely spicy rubs or marinades. He suggested this jerk marinade paste in a jar! I marinated 15 wings in a Ziploc bag for about six hours with 2 tablespoons of the jerk seasoning paste from the jar along with 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
