She took no more than 1 minute looking at my foot and and I was sitting in the doctors room forever too was here for about 2 hours almost 3 and a half . Also the place is dirty and just all around nasty I don't know how this is an urgent care.

I've been to this location three times in the last couple months. The first time was for the…read morehusband. We ended up going to a different location because he needed an xray and the xray tech is only there on certain days. The other two times were for myself. I made an appointment online then we headed that way. Both times we were early and both times upon check-in I was taken back to a room. We had a bit of a wait once in the room but nothing terrible. The NP/PA, Mary, saw me both times. She was very personable, asked questions, and discussed a diagnosis. She ordered a prescription that was sent to the pharmacy before I left. Overall, a good experience and pretty straight forward.

if i could give this location a zero I would this location made me wait 45 minutes in the lobby…read morethat was empty with no other patients in the room just to be seen by a Doctor Who had no clue what he was doing to get misdiagnosed to tell me to wait longer than three days, which is the revisit window that I did not know was only three days. so if I wanted to go back for the same reason, I'd have to pay all over again, even though the doctor misdiagnosed me. I call them on their phone and the person who picks up. Sounds like they don't even wanna be answering or doing their job at all. I told them my situation and they hang up the phone in my face. moral of the story I would not go to this urgent care if it was the last urgent care on the planet.
