I said I've had symptoms for 6 days so she then changed it to 10 days. The first thing my daughter said when we left was can we please not go there again bc the doctor was so mean. Two days after seeing her, my ear drum ruptured because of her lack of care. If you must go here, do not see the nurse practitioner. You're better off not being seen at all.

He has been to the same clinic and have gotten the steroid shot before. He was greeted rudely by the physician's assistant named Rebecca Meyers. She asked him what was he there for and told her that he needed the shot. She stated that they don't have the shot, even though he has gotten it there before and said that she was not going to go back and forth with him regarding that matter. She then said that she had a long day and didn't have time for it. She kept cutting him off during their conversation as well. He left empty handed with no report of his visit.
