Overall great customer service, killer views, and great location! I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms are big and beautiful. It was very clean. I love that they have a parking garage for guests. The breakfast in the am was alright. Only tip I would give is ask for extra pillows, the ones provided are very very flat.

Cute lobby print by the free breakfast from 6-10 am each day

My family of four came here for four nights. I ended up booking two rooms as they only had king size beds available when I booked a few months earlier. The front desk staff is excellent. I used the digital check-in the night before and found two rooms on the fourth floor that looked large without an upgrade charge. It has been very quiet and peaceful in our rooms at night after a day of skiing. The free breakfast has long hours of 6 am-10 am and even had make your own breakfast burritos which I have never seen anywhere. I have used the fitness center and only one other person was there around 6 am. I also went to the hot tub with my son which had a pretty view. The parking is $15 unless you are Hilton Diamond, so that is the one drawback I want to mention since we did not have Diamond status this year. They do have indoor parking but you need to get a pass and physical room key to enter. So I guess if it snowy, it would save you time cleaning your car. There is a warning sign of a $250 fine if you don't have a parking pass, so I would get one first thing when you check-in. I also would encourage them to upgrade their pillows which are soft and deflate. The front desk did send two more firmer pillows when I asked. I would definitely come back with the family!

Just returned from a two day stay for a little R&R. There were a few things that really got under my skin, but it doesn't take away from the fact that they are still at least 4 to 5 stars. Hotel is just about two years old so everything is brand new. Took lots of pictures so you really get the feel. Let's start with the good. Rooms are awesome! Even the studio is super spacious (we got the one bedroom). TVs are huge with lots of selections. The basic free WIFI works just fine. The free breakfast is well above average and it starts at 6:30am! Nice! Now for a few caveats. Parking! This one is my fault, but you pay $15 a day regardless if you park in the heated parking garage or the outside lot. I didn't read the fine print, so park in the heated garage as you will pay anyway. Hot tub and swimming pool, they sure like to clean it, so closed one out of my two-day visit. I did finally get to enjoy my red solo cup cocktail in the hot tub on day two. Okay, this one is kind of one off, but the toilet paper is the worst! Sandpaper!! LOL. Yes, I went to the City Market across the street for some Charmin and a few other staple items. Lastly, if you do stay for more than one night and want maid service, it will be late in the day. Like 4pm, as they service the rooms for the that departed guests first. Frustrating, but makes sense though. Other than that, excellent hotel, awesome staff, extremely clean and fantastic breakfast. I would say, hands down the best hotel in Dillon.

This was our second time staying here during a recent ski trip. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The fitness room is also big and has a good selection of equipment. Also love parking in the underground garage as you dont have to scrape your car off after it snowing!

I also enjoyed the Nespresso machine. It's so nice to be in a room that doesn't look like most of the corporate ones, bland and soulless. The free parking across the street is convenient, and the smores each day from 5pm to 7pm are a lovely touch. There is a restaurant on site, Kucu Bistro, which offers Southwestern cuisine. The atmosphere is pleasant, and if we didn't stay there for dinner, we enjoyed our drinks the bar. This boutique hotel is a great option for us when skiing in the area, and we plan on going back next time!

She twisted the truth by labeling a victim--who was defending his rights under Colorado Revised Statutes § 18-1-704.5 and demanding to call the police--as an 'aggressor,' while shamelessly describing the hoodie-wearing trespassers as 'victim teenager guests.' This is a total fabrication. She bullied real customer as a foreigner who didn't know local laws. After proactively offering IHG points as compensation, she later refused confirmed guests' second stay at check-in, and even called the police as a form of harassment, which severely disrupted travel plans.

Had a great stay here while skiing Loveland…read more We stayed in one the hotel rooms on the top floor. The room exactly as advertised, long and narrow with bed, couch, mini kitchen with sink and fridge, fairly spacious bathroom and shower, hutch for suitcase/hanging clothes, mirror by the door. Only minor annoyance: I saw in some other reviews people mentioning loud noises at night which I think I figured out was from the climate control, because after the first night of struggling to sleep through the banging noise, I turned off the the air at night and heard no further noises. The common areas were great and the shared kitchen was useful. They hot tub was big enough for several groups of strangers to have space and the towels were easily available. There was an ice scraper available to use after the storm. Receptionist was taking what sounded like a personal call on speakerphone while checking me in, not super professional, otherwise staff were helpful especially after we forgot something in the lobby after checkout. Behind the hotel was the most LOVELY walking path along a river, highly recommend strolling along for some beautiful views. It's close to a solid grocery store (City Market), gas station, and shops, easy access to Rte 70 to head into the city or out to the mountains. Parking was filled up late but next door is a little overflow lot and had plenty of space left (no signage but just to the left of the hotel building).

The room was comfortable, with a coffee machine and a fridge, not huge but spacious enough for two. We didn't get to see the dorms (you need a key to access those sections of the building), which is reassuring from a safety perspective. I especially loved the atmosphere with plenty of seating areas, a large bar (live music during our visit), beautiful views, a great location by the Blue River, outdoor spaces, and very friendly staff. There is no restaurant on-site but guests can use the communal kitchen, which we did for breakfast. I really appreciated the sense of community they created. It's definitely not your typical hostel, more of a boutique hotel/hostel. We'll certainly return next time we are in the area!

Our room was downstairs in building 2, which is the same building as the hot tub & sauna, just behind the office/breakfast room in building 1. Having the room directly open to the parking lot made it easier to get our winter sport gears in & out of the car. It was also nice to have the view of the lake through the window & when you walk out the door. Now, the accommodations. Coffee, tea, & granola bars were always available in the office, next to the reception desk - loved this! Breakfast options were 2 hot items (eggs & sausage/bacon), individually-packaged pastries, breads, peanut butter & jelly, oatmeal, yogurt, 3 types of fresh fruits, coffee, juices, milk, & nondairy milk. Loved that they had uncrustables in the pastry box. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette, medium sized fridge, wine opener, bottle opener, plates, cups, eating utensils, a baking pan, basic utensils & pots/pans for simple cooking & baking. It was nice to make & enjoy a quick warm meal in the comfort of your room after a day of skiing/snowboarding. There is a City Market grocery store (Kroger family store) less than 5 minutes away drive, past traffic lights. There are many stores & restaurants within 5-minute drive. The room pricing was reasonable for the provided amenities. We would definitely come here again.

Had a short 1-night stay here at the Comfort Suites and it was mediocre…read more The check in process was weird to say the least. The receptionist was on the reserved side and very soft spoken. When giving her the name our booking was under, she informed us that the King Bed Suite we reserved was not available due to a leak and she would be putting us in a Queen Bed instead. When my husband asked if there was a price difference for the room she confirmed that it was cheaper, but made no offer to change the charge. Further prompting her, he asked if she could apply the new lower price to our booking since we were not getting what we paid for originally. All of a sudden, she hesitated, looked like she had been caught in a lie and then said in barely above a whisper "okay, I will give you a King room" and handed us our keys. This was extremely odd and we were very confused as to what just happened and why we were trying to be pushed into a Queen room instead of a King without a fair price adjustment when they did indeed have an available room. The interaction unfortunately gave us a weird sense that something shady just occurred. The poor star rating is mainly due to this unfortunate interaction. As we went to our room, there was an unpleasant mildew odor from the elevator to halfway down the hallways - assuming this is from the supposed leak problem they were dealing with. It thankfully did not reach our room. The room was standard and clean with lots of lights and a good view of the parking lot with mountains in the background. Personally, we like being able to have an eye on our car and a scenic view so this was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the carpet was on the thinner side, the bathroom came with a very limited amount of amenities (2 bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner), microwave needed to be plugged in and the coffee maker came with 2 year old expired packets. The room is not equipped to do anything more than microwave a snack or refrigerate leftovers. There are lots of good dining options around the local area either within walking distance or a short drive away. The max rate this Comfort Suites states they can charge is $999/night, which, if they weren't located in a great place to get to the ski slopes, is honestly pretty ridiculous for such an average stay. Overall, it's fine for what it is, but don't expect much. We didn't stop to have the included breakfast in the morning as we were ready to get out of there, but they do have a large dining area for you to eat your meal there.
