It's safe to say that I found my Go-To hotel !! It's an absolutely wonderful hotel. I got this hotel for my Loves birthday and he definitely enjoyed it!.. Elina was so welcoming and kind, she made check in and check out a breeze! anything we needed she didn't hesitate she was awesome!!...The King Studio Suite that included a kitchen was very niice!, The Bed was plush and soo comfy you could just be snuggled and melt and be Happy!!..The Tv had entertainment streaming so of course He was right at home with his game system playing with his friends! The Tv was a nice size!, the bathroom layout was nice!, all Natural soaps and the Best smelling shampoo, conditioner and shower gel , the hot water totally works makes you feel like you're in a sauna!! Of all the hotels I've experienced this one across the board had 0 issues!, the cheapest fee of 25$, Free private Parking, Phone for the front desk works, NO BED BUGS, you controlled the Heat/A/C. The Kitchen was niice although we didn't use it! Comes with everything including a toaster!!. The Breakfast buffet was simple to the point I was sick but finally a place that offers French toasts sticks!.I got Cranberry juice and Cranberry Apple Tea and coffee in the room! The Freezer kept your items very cold or frozen in minutes!! Overall our stay was Amazing!! Thank youu Elina and staff!!

This hotel may be tucked into the back of a business park, but this place is totally a hidden gem of a hotel! Owing to how new this hotel is, this Homewood Suites really feels state of the art in all aspects. The rooms are enormous and very well appointed, with really comfortable beds and pillows, a well sized bathroom, and really comfortable and tasteful furniture all around. The hot breakfast is a very welcome sight, with a variety of good options to choose from. To top it off, the front desk staff is super courteous and friendly, making the stay extremely pleasant. Really fantastic place that I would totally come back to stay at again if I'm in the area! :)

I'm so glad Hilton opened a new hotel a few minutes away from the Reston Town Center. I typically stay at the Hampton Inn here for work, but decided to give this new hotel a try and I'm very glad I did. They even have a Kombucha/Cold Brew station in the lobby (WHAT?!) I thought that was pretty cool. It's a little confusing to get here? Waze took me to a road that was blocked and I must have turned in and out of several office buildings before I finally found the entrance. Just keep driving down Business Center Drive until you see the Lifetime Fitness and turn left. There's plenty of parking around the building and some parallel parking spots behind. My room was really nice! I got the King Studio and it was very spacious and clean. I had a stove top, full size fridge, dishwasher, and microwave in the kitchen which was great for snacks and meals. The shower was really nice, my only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was not great (I was on the 5th floor). The location is super quiet as you're tucked behind a bunch of business offices, I didn't hear any noise from the road and I don't think I ran into anyone on my floor at all. Super quiet hotel. Due to COVID, there are definitely several services that aren't available. They aren't offering the typical breakfast, but they are offering a grab-and-go breakfast, but it's basically just juice, an apple, and some cereal. They also typically offer a free evening social and free Ubers to the Reston Town Center, but both are halted due to COVID. They will be awesome to take advantage of eventually. I did check out the fitness center, which is located on the lower level and it was pretty nice. Nothing too fancy, though they did have a Peloton bike. The fitness center had one elliptical, a few treadmills, free weights, and some medicine balls. It was always clean and stocked with wipes, towels, and water. I think I only ran into one person using the fitness center in my four day stay. Overall, a pretty nice place to stay in Reston if you're a Hilton member. I highly recommend this hotel over the Hampton Inn if you're debating between the two. Also, they're pet friendly.

Second stay at this hotel would have preferred the 2 room but didn't realize had to ask for that option

With taxes and fees included, each member of my party wound up paying roughly $220 per night. And when we made the booking, the price here was basically on par with the other hotel I was at previously, which is almost in the exact same location, but the Herndon-Reston Hampton Inn is orders of magnitude better, and I think I have found my go-to spot whenever work sends me back to this neck of the woods. There is nothing niche, or overtly different at this place you won't find in other sorts of hotels. It is very run of the mill in terms of what types of rooms you find, and I found the accomodations to be in fantastic shape, very clean and tidy, so definitely have to tip my hat to the hard working cleaning staff. The beds are comfy, and whatever water heater system they have here is outstanding, since it was basically instant even on upper floors. Plus the internet strength here is pretty good. And I generally really like their decor and aesthetics in this building. The ammenities, too, are ones you see across the board, but they just seem to be much more accessible and well organized. There is a gym and indoor pool, open well into the evening. The guest laundry room is incredibly useful for those of us staying beyond just a couple nights. There is a conference room available, and business center to cater to any printing or computer needs. And the in-house, self-checkout store has pretty much everything you need; snacks, drinks, grown-up-beverages, toiletries, laundry soap, first aid, etc. And in the morning, the complimentary breakfast is a very nice way to start the day. The couple things I found which really sets this place above others I've visited are the customer service and the location. The folks at the front counter were friendly and helpful in the extreme, especially Aidan, who was manning the desk in the evening. The area this hotel is located in I also count as a plus. While certainly not a scenic part of town, you have access to a very nice walking trail just outside the property. And there is also a complex of buildings across the street, a 5-10 minute walk, filled with fantastic little restaurants and an outstanding brewery. And it is a very quick and easy drive to get to the Dulles Airport, or onto the freeway. All in all, this place certainly has left a good impression. Any possible complaints I may have are just nitpicks. Though I would advise potential guests to be careful these days with all the construction going on around the premises, as it makes driving, parking, and walking on the sidewalks a bit difficult. But other than that, I'm giving this Hampton Inn the best review I can. Looking forward to my next stay.

Overall the hotel is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The support and service staff were friendly and welcoming; but, having attended such events before, I felt this business was woefully underprepared for the amount of guests in attendance. The area was cramped and crowded, full of people during cocktail hour so perhaps it was not the ideal venue for such an event. The rooms and hallways in which we were installed were very loud. The Hors d'oeuvres were elegantly arranged on small tables, but did not have much in the way of variety - sliced vegetables, hummus and babaganoush. For the open bar, options were limited. But what was REALLY terrible, was the food and service in the ballroom. I'm a vegetarian, and the plated option was a SINGLE roasted carrot on a bed of what was what I assume was hummus liberally doused with liquid smoke, 2-3 sliced brussels sprouts with the stems still on, and 3 cubes of baked sweet potato. It was hardly edible and would have served better as a side plate (versus a plated dinner) - not to mention the absolute lack of protein in the meal. Typically pasta dishes are served at events like this, which would have sufficed. Additionally, wine bottles were placed upon each table, but we sat in the ballroom for 2+ hours and never had our water glasses refilled. All in all, I would not recommend this venue for a large event as they seem ill prepared to adequately host large parties, and offer lamentable food options that are likely not worth the price. I can only imagine what the organization paid.

I love a Hyatt House, generally, but I'm often impressed by some of the ones that sit in the middle of what seems like nowhere. This location is actually pretty legit. It's within five minutes of a number of dining spots in the area. This time I know, however, I was not impressed by my stay. When we arrive, the landscaping team was cleaning up the front area and they were blowing leaves and rocks and things right at the car and didn't really give us time to even pass by to go inside the building. We hopped out the car. They stopped for a split second, and they immediately got right back to business. We got hit by little pieces of tiny rock, dust, and leaves. Anyway, check in was fine. The young woman at the front desk was nice at check-in. However, she wasn't nice later. Later, I called down to request a blanket and pillow because we were missing a few items from our room. She didn't answer my call at first. But she called me back like 10 minutes later. When she called back, midway through explaining what I needed, she rudely interrupted me while I was making my request and said, "you actually do have blankets and a pillow. They're in your closet." Actually, tho? Girl... I informed her that we'd check that there were no blankets. After a very long pause, she said, "well you can come down here and get them." Now, hear me out, I know I was not at a five star hotel. However, I also know I did not book a Rodeway Inn. And I've stayed at many a HH and never had the front desk not even offer to bring something up, especially they'd forgotten. 20 minutes later, I've just never had that experience. I ended up going down. Scarlett an hour and a half later, he got a call from the front desk. The same young woman was now accusing us of "stomping around." She informed us that they'd "received complaints" and then said nothing more. When I probed, she said the room below us said there was noise coming from upstairs that sounded like stomping. There was literally NO stomping happening and when I told her that, she said, " well is your child playing around or something?" Girl, bye. First of all, I'm very aware of what MY child is doing and if she had been jumping around or playing, I would've admitted that and corrected her. But maybe you're referring to the ONE sound that was made when we moved a chair that YOUR HOTEL had blocking the walkway in the living room area of the suite. When I told her my child was doing nothing and that we moved a chair like 15 minutes ago, I went for a long time before saying, "have a good night." Cleanliness: now, I always do my own bit of cleaning at hotels, especially when there are suites and bathtubs involved. The bathtub in our suite, it was very little cleaning must be done to that particular time regularly because there was so much hair that did not belong to anyone in our family along with obvious dirt that came up and pulled in the tub after I scrubbed. So disgusting. Overall, I can pretty confidently say that I would not stay here again. I really appreciate good service and cleanliness.

A couple in front of me tried banging on the door. I called instead, could hear the phone ringing, and then the night auditor arrived right after to unlock the door. I imagine he was busy doing tasks in the back, I'd assume from my past experience in the role. They were totally sold out that night, so the couple was turned away. There were two rooms left for me to pick from, and he let me decide, which was nice. I chose the quiet 4th floor room over the 1st floor option. The room was well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It was a bit dated, but for a literal place to crash for a few hours, it suited my needs just fine. The price was reasonable, at just over $100, as well.

My room price includes breakfast off the real menu or the buffet, I think. My status gets me two breakfasts off the $16 menu (for me and a guest). Yesterday, I wanted the bagel and salmon off the $16 menu and I wanted some bacon and fruit from the buffet. The server said I would need to pay for the buffet. There went my day ... I was triggered because they kept insisting I'd need to pay for the buffet. I went to the front desk and the manager took care of it and explained to the server that those two selections would be covered. Fast forward to this morning. I decided I'd just get two entrees off the $16 menu. I went with the waffles with macerated strawberries , and then got the standard 2 eggs , potatoes and sausage - something sweet and something salty). I thought all of this would be made fresh to order being that it came off the menu. The potatoes were room temperature as was the waffle ... could not use cold butter on a room temperature waffle. The macerated strawberries were like Ghiradelli strawberry sauce. The eggs were freshly made. And, no, Ms. Server, this is not good. Everything has not been made right - in response to her comment, "well, we made it right and everything turned out ok" (from yesterday). No, today, there was added insult to injury. Where have any quality checks been made along the way? I have decided that I could never be a server because I would refuse to serve food that did not meet the expected quality standards. What's on me is getting irritated both days right at the beginning of my day. Now I know better and will avoid all restaurant staff to the best of my ability for the duration of my stay and just get the buffet where the food is hotter than the menu order.
