We had had previous experience with them doing repair work on our old roof, so we knew they were honest and prompt. They took their service to a whole new level with our project, though. The removal of the existing cement tiles was extremely labor intensive and involved hauling off tons of material. Everything was very well choreographed and handled very quickly in phases. Repairs were made to the decking where necessary and new metal flashing was installed where needed. Then the new class 4 asphalt shingles were installed, some of that during a rather intense wind storm. Finally, new gutters were mounted. Throughout the entire project (including before and after), Scott Coleman was very responsive to our questions and made a point of keeping both the Board and residents informed of when their buildings would be under construction. There were always at least two supervisors/foremen on site during the entire project (kudos to Caden & Dave, in addition to Scott) to handle any problems that arose. All the work was completed in just under two weeks (when we had planned on at least three weeks) and our residents are very pleased. Scott and his company are somewhat of a rarity these days...honest, communicative and fairly priced. I highly recommend them for any roofing project you might be considering, whether single family or commercial.

Our roofs (I live in a condo/townhome community) were cement tile roofs, they lasted by the grace of God for 29 years. We changed to very good quality shingles and I didn't realize how much insulation a new roof provides. I live in AZ in the winters now and when I came home to Colorado for the spring and summer, I was freezing. The new roof was put on the week of April 29th (my building was the first done) and immediately, I could turn off my heat and felt warmth. We also had them replace all skylights which were replaced with better skylights that could withstand 2-inches of hail. Also, they devised some deviation to the new downspouts so that they would not get run over by the snowplows or other residents. Scott, Cayden (sp?) and Dave are the owners and at least one if not all three were on site during the whole experience supervising their workers. They all went above and beyond and I can't express what a pleasant experience although stressful this was because the owners made it pleasant and were on-site, answered questions, assisted with clean up, etc. Everything went oh soooo smoothly! If you decide to use this company in the future, you will be unexpectedly delighted. Great experience!

I've had some problems with the gutters and paint work. The gutter contractor did come out and take a look at the gutters and attempted to fix the issue I was having. I would NOT hire this company to do any painting on the exterior of your home. I would recommend hiring a separate contractor for that. I've had problems from day one with the paint work. I finally gave up even going back to them to have them address the paint issues. Also, I'm pretty sure one of the painters stole a large light blue crystal that I had in my back yard called amazonite. It is irreplaceable and it is something I found while hiking. One of the younger men was helping me move furniture off of the deck and literally gasped when he saw the crystal. I didn't think much of it at the time but it went missing after all the work was done. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until much later because I was caught up in having all this work done to my home and dealing with the issues. HART ROOFING BREAKS COLORADO LAW again: I fully agree with…read moreChad B.'s comments in his review on 10/4/2018. The Arapahoe county court in their judgement verified Hart broke the law. 1. Hart went behind my back to Insurance CO & ran up my roof bill to $59000, the reasonable price for a 2900 sq ft home roof would be $35000+-5%. I can submit 2 local rooofers written estimate. 2. Even though they illegally tried to collect$24000 more than was fair, They did not replace 6 sky lights+ chimney cover & pocketed the money saying those apply to the deductible. 3.Hart did not replace the gutters nor did adjust the old gutters to drain into the down comers taking the water from roof away from the foundation. This caused a damage to the foundation upwards of $10,000. 4. They left portion of the roof incomplete with no shingles on it. Old gutters are still lying on the ground even now. Front of the roof has very poor workmanship visible to the naked eye. Any one wants to see their work can send me an email, I will gladly show you around. The house is still under limited warrant for materials & workmanship, waiting to see if they fix it. 5. Hart sued me for $19000( last payment I stopped after consulting Insurance CO+ $19000 in attorney fees, the judge disallowed all attorney fees & gave Hart only $10600 approximately out of last stopped payment of $19000.
