Matt and his Crew are Amazing! After talking with many other companies who treated the entire sales process as if it were a Timeshare or Car sale, Matt came through with the real deal. He knew what I wanted and needed and didn't try to push or up sell me on anything unnecessary. He was also willing to do things other companies were not, like being able to spot repair some rotted sheathing rather than needing to re-sheath the entire house. One side of my house also needed a properly graded roof added over an existing flat roof. Other companies wouldn't even try to help and said I needed to hire another contractor to do that first. But Matt and his guys were able to solve the problem for me and built the addition with ease. At the same time fixing a roof leak issue that I had in that area. Matt with Road Home Exteriors was exceptional from start to finish. We called him to replace some siding that was damaged by birds. Once he got up on top of the roof, he noticed extensive damage due to recent hail and a tornado. Once we got insurance involved, Matt came to our house to ensure that the adjuster included everything that we needed for the new roof and siding. The work was completed over the course of three months due to supply chain issues (not Matt's fault). Road Home Exteriors just wrapped up a big siding project on my house. Full replacement, Versetta stone, insulation, painting, gutters. The communication was the best part honestly. Leo would text me updates with photos, and he stopped by pretty much every day to check on things. When I was slammed with work, I'd just shoot him a text and he'd handle whatever it was. They also had to work around my deck contractor who was running behind, and there was never any drama about it. They just adjusted and kept moving. Even after the siding job was done, my deck guy couldn't find matching trim coil, so Leo sourced it from his supplier and had it delivered. Crew was fast and the work looks great.
