However, I had my rental for-maybe 2 hours and it needed an oil change. I called and was on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time and when someone would answer they hung up on me. After a couple days of being on hold I went to the Guntersville location on my lunch break. Staff told me it didn't need an oil change yet, I asked if there was an easier way to get ahold of her and she said "unfortunately, no".So once the rental started having problems shifting and I knew it needed and oil change I started calling again. This Time I was able to get a hold of someone. She was very rude, and even hung up on me.That was it for me I just stopped calling, if I needed something I went to their office.I am happy to be done with this company.

Alot of other dealerships give you the run around. When your car or truck breaks down.... Thats not the way to do business... Most buy here pay here want to clean our car. Make it look pretty like its been setting in the garage for 10yrs...thats not the truth... A car killed a truck all waxed and shined.... Just waiting to break....After 3mos of ownership. Most dealers make you fix but not GKM.. Watch those other clean a turd dealers.. They will rip you off.... A shine looks fine.... But u ache when it breaks.

When I pulled up they stared at me out the window for several minutes and then one came outside. I tried asking him a few questions about the trucks he had but he acted like he didn't have the time of day to answer some simple questions. I took my business elsewhere and ended up buying a new Silverado that afternoon. They should work on their customer service.
