Erik and his team really put my mind at ease, after a horrible experience at Honest-1 Auto Care in New Hope.

Had a great experience late night, 7:40, I was picking up some fast food and saw they were open…read morenext door! Complimentary COLD water bottle upon arrival! They helped me in despite obviously cleaning the shop for end of day, they waved me over with no hesitation. Service was friendly and easily explained. I inquired about their wiper service and they were able to quickly help replace those for a fair price 18.99 and 21.99 for the respective wipers. Coupons online and every day 25% for veterans! They topped off all fluids and handled everything quickly, all in all took about 10 minutes. It was simple, relaxing and fast. I definitely would go back for service. No products were pushed.

Immediately after the service, my car began running rough. It started jumping at startup, struggled to move properly when put into Drive, and shortly after the check engine light came on. There were absolutely no issues prior to the oil change. The timing is not a coincidence. I contacted the shop right away. I was told to check back on 02/28 and that the manager would handle it. When I followed up, I was told the manager wasn't available until Monday and that I would "have to wait" while they conducted an "investigation" and reviewed camera footage. They claimed the technician did not touch the sensor. However, their own higher-up acknowledged that the sensor could have been cleaned and reset -- which their technician did attempt. That reset did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Despite this, they continued to deny responsibility. I sought a second opinion from a mechanic I know personally who works as a mechanic for a landscaping company. Instead of addressing the mechanical findings, the shop repeatedly tried to discredit him by referring to him as "a landscaper," even after being clearly informed that he is employed as a mechanic for that company. That felt dismissive and unprofessional. Ultimately, my mechanic repaired the issue and the vehicle is now running properly again. This confirms that there was in fact a problem that needed to be corrected -- a problem that began immediately after the oil change service. As a result of this situation, I incurred $556 in total expenses, including: - $115 for the oil change - $190 for the sensor - $150 for labor - $56 Uber to return to the shop - $45 Uber home because the vehicle was not safe to drive This has caused financial loss, stress, and significant inconvenience -- all from what should have been a simple maintenance visit. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and the refusal to take responsibility for an issue that began immediately after their service. I will update this review if the business chooses to properly address and resolve this matter.

On this day, me and my boyfriend were driving casually as we began to notice a burning rubber smell…read morebefore quickly realizing that smoke was coming out from under the hood. Neither of us know much about car maintenance, but we immediately pulled off to the side of the road on the intersection between Hwy 7 and Shady Oak Rd. Not five minutes into pulling over, a very generous woman who looked to be in her mid-twenties, wearing glasses, and was driving a dope blue car which I believe was a Toyota FJ60/62 (?) Either way, she dropped her dog off and told us if we were still there she would help us out. She came back just a few minutes later and picked us up and brought us to the O'Reilly just a few minutes away. We told her about this being the second time this has happened and she gave us great advice about our beater of a Ford Escape and how we should get a diagnostic test, check our oil dipstick a lot more frequently than we currently do, and to possibly check if our coolant had a leakage. Before she dropped us off, she told us how her father runs Expedition Autoworks and that it would be worth checking out. I've never once heard of this place as I don't live near the area, but the next time I need car maintenance I will absolutely check out Expedition Autoworks knowing the kindness that woman showed me and my boyfriend today. I wish I would've caught her name, but knowing that there's family of the person who helped us today, I will definitely make the drive and take my business to Expedition Autoworks.

I've been bringing my Audi here for about a year since I got a massive repair estimate from an Audi…read moredealer. While these guys are not cheap, they are far less expensive than the dealer. Most importantly, they are really into working on European cars, mostly German brands. They are very knowledgeable and know all the ins and outs of all the cars, their subtleties and nuances. And they are always happy to explain everything they are doing. They are also really nice people either on the phone or when you show up in person.

do not ever use this shop, ever!…read more 3 incidents with them of complete incompetence followed by gaslighting. 1st was installed new supercharger pulley in sl55. they put it in and told me it was factory defective with a little slop in it. they said "it should be all right though, and we'll monitor it everytime you come in!" a few thousand miles later this m113 engine had catastrophic internal damage with oil in the intake. alex at eurocharged found me a used m113 engine and we paid eurocharged $11,000 to put it in. around 2000 miles after installed, this engine also suffered catastrophic internal damage, with no engine compression. aj at eurocharged was unwilling to help, and said get your car picked up now out of our lot, we have no one to work on your car, i lost two technicians. it's aj's world, its not about the customers, it is not about doing the right thing, it's about aj's profits. read the other reviews, they have to upsell now to even stay in business. research eurocharged, they're co-owned by a cpa, someone focused on profits, not fixing cars the right way. go to imola, eurcharged has zero integrity left. if you're still reading this, here's the 3rd incident of eurocharged's incompetence: $1500 michelon pilot sports aj ordered and then after they mounted and balanced them, aj said one wheel was irreparable. he said he couldn't return the tires, and for me to eat the $1500 bill. basically again saying eurocharged has zero responsibility when it comes to their screwups. i told eurocharged the tire wasn't holding air from the wheel being bent before i even dropped the car off. they said they fixed the wheel, ordered the tires, and then decided it was unfixable.
