The manager never reached out to here our side. This is the proposal Mark gave us. We was hired to clean and tune up the furnace which he did not and wanted to charge us twice. M&M charged me each and every time they attempted to service this furnace between November and January, and charged me to replace the working thermostat. Still, when the furnace failed hours after their latest attempt, I contacted their emergency weekend services, but was never called back. My furnace is functioning now after minimal service from a separate HVAC professional, and I trust the advice they have given me about the longevity of the system.
