I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. I would not recommend M&M Appliances based on my recent experience…read more We have a high-end GE Monogram built-in refrigerator that stopped working. M&M quoted us approximately $2,500 to replace multiple boards and service the refrigerator. They also told us there would be essentially no warranty on the electronics other than a short company warranty. After getting a second opinion from another appliance repair company, we were told that only one board appeared to need replacement, with an estimated cost of about $847 plus labor, which was far more reasonable. What was especially concerning was that the second technician noted that one of the original boards had apparently been removed from our refrigerator without that being clearly communicated to us beforehand. Based on our experience, the original diagnosis and pricing from M&M seemed excessive and not transparent. I would strongly encourage anyone with a higher-end appliance, especially a built-in refrigerator, to get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs.

They sent 3 men to the house (one we found out was the owners son). They checked our unit for some reason and did some repairs (without approval) and then sent us a bill for almost $200.00. They of course told us we needed a new unit and wouldn't replace the ducting until that was done. By the way, our unit worked fine before they got there--we just wanted to check the duct work due to an animal that got in the attic. After they left, the unit started making loud noises and stopped working completely. I called him and he was instantly defensive and lied several times during our conversation. Not sure if they were desperate for work but sending 3 men to check some duct work in the attic, working on our unit and supposedly repairing it when it wasn't broken and then somehow stopped working after they left. When my husband questioned him he wrote back a very unprofessional email and ended it with "enjoy your flat ducts". Very immature, liars and cheats. Don't use this company!!
