I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

I'm not going to reveal Mike's prices, but suffice to say they were so good and the quality of work was so good! Now our car is as smooth as butter and good for many, many more years of service. We gave a substantial tip to this shop. Never done that before! The owner is 100% honest and communicates very well. Just unbelievable level of care and service that exceeded all other shops that I've ever used and that includes Sewell Lexus. I trust Mike with any car I own, new or used. I believe you cannot find a better mechanic at any price, and Mike's prices are very, very reasonable. He is my new #1 for life.

They replaced my son in laws engine and I noticed it started leaking coolant after 400 miles. I…read moretold him to bring it back and they said the hoses were leaking so they replaced them and charged over $400 for an upper & lower radiator hose! Drove it home, still leaking, went back and they said it was now the water pump, which is under warranty from the engine replacement. They obviously misdiagnosed the coolant leak and would not refund the hoses. I said I would be happy to pay for the hoses but refund the labor since you misdiagnosed it. Nope, but they replaced the water pump because it was under warranty. Technician misdiagnosed the truck and charged us. Beware!

We had to wait till Monday morning to take care of it, we went back to Scooters and they topped it off and nothing more. I showed him the pictures of the oil mess and he said to put cat litter on it. They didn't offer to refund part or all of the fee or offer to clean the mess up. My daughter that used to work at Horizon Auto Care in Rockwall told me when they had this happen they would send a power wash company out to clean up. I WILL NEVER go back to this place and will take my vehicles to Horizon from now on. I get mistakes happen but to do nothing to make it right is ridiculous. Also, when we opened the hood to check why the oil was leaking they left the cover off of my fuse box. STAY AWAY!

LADIES BEWARE! Needed oil change, my husband attempted but couldn't get drain plug out. They…read morecouldn't get it out either. I was sent to muffler shop who couldnt either. I spoke with oil place boss, Joe, who refused to pay to replace bottom oil pan which is only way to even change oil now. It was 30,000 mi since theyd changed oil, which again we tried unsuccessfully several times over a one year period so i was talked to by Joe likee an idiot. Yes we shouldve taken sooner but he wouldnt even consider that his guys caused problem to begin with. So, now my husband will be going up there to try & resolve issue. I will share my problem to anyone mentioning having work done here. I will update review if resolved but will not be going back here. Ladies if using this place save yourself some time & have a man bring your vehicle for service or dont use them at all.​
