Clear View responded within 20-30 minutes with a quote of $60- the best quote I was able to get. Brian, the owner, gave me an hour time window when he'd be by... none of that " We could be there around 8 am or it could be 8 pm who knows". I got a confirmation that he was on his way at the top of the time frame and I barely got through my basic scrolling on social media and he was there! Brian was friendly and efficient! The whole process was about 15-20 minutes. The fix comes with a lifetime of the car guarantee. I wasn't able to get this covered by my insurance because of my higher deductible- so I paid $60 flat in cash.
