Well we went from seeing the rv everyday sit to across the street where it sat and sat and sat. After about another month we asked what is going on in. Tomas said they were waiting for the parts. Finally we got tired of our rv just sitting there and picked it up. To this day we ask for our money back, buts never gonna happen. I just wish I knew why it's ok for rv places to keep our rv's forever. But car places are typically so much more quicker to make repairs The parts never came and we never got what we paid for. We took our current RV in for repacking the bearings and waxing the unit. Jan 14 Completed the work within a couple of days. Unfortunately had to replace all bearings and seals. I asked he save the bearings for my review, and he did. I always want to see the items I'm told needed replacing. Tomas has replaced small things I missed, and knew were an issue. And advised on costs after inspection, getting approval prior to replacing.

I asked them why they can't purchase a torque wrench. Also they stripped the threads on my daughter's car oil pan. I was able to get a longer bolt to reach the deeper threads. I can not say enough good things about Tony and the team at Hoosier RV. I initially called them…read moreafter hours when I noticed that the floor under my RV was sagging. They called me back immediately and scheduled to come look at it the next day. When they came, they cut open the underbelly and water came gushing out everywhere. They then checked everything and pointed out many areas that needed fixes. They were very knowledgeable about what warranty would cover. They also knew what insurance would cover. Needless to say, within 2 days, I had a brand new ac unit, jack for under the RV and a toliet. All the interactions occurred between Tony and the people at insurance and warranty. Any time there was an issue, they would call before proceeding. They helped me out in so many ways. The communication was amazing. They came out to the RV after hours on two different occasions following the RV being returned to me. All costs was discussed with me prior to anything happening. The team is great and I have zero complaints about the interactions I had with this service. I will absolutely use them in the future if needed.
