Honest is an incredible spot to get some amazing Indian food. They have some pretty unique options and a fantastic spot for a meal or just a quick snack. The dabang dosa, bahubali sandwich, and chai with biscuits are all great options! The mango lassi and thali are also great and packed with tons of flavor. This location can get a bit busy but the service is always really fast and the staff is always helpful.

After moving to Atlanta my first Indian food place was honest as I heard from my neighbours that the foods are amazing and delicious. And after visiting I saw the huge crowd which made me feel my neighbours has recommended something great. Here I tried masala papad, Punjabi thali and veg fried rice manchurian. Out of all my favourite was Punjabi thali as it was so tempting and mouthwatering. I can visit Honest again and again just to try the punjabi thali it was so tasty. Coming to ambience, they have kept the place cool with indoor seating space with great hospitality as well as quick service.

Honest is a great spot for a some Indian food. The atmosphere is lively and the service was very fast. The staff was also very friendly. We've tried quite a few things from their menu but absolutely love their thali and bahubali sandwich. They're packed with flavor and the bahubali sandwich is a great choice if you're looking for something unique. The noddles and Fried rice were also amazing but can be a tad spicy depending on what you get. Would highly recommend their chaats as well. My favorite has been the pani puri.

Forgot the name dishes, as friend ordered all. The sandwich dish is huge, all vegetarian, but very filling. does have cheesy filling as well. Fries aren't spectacular but goes well with the sandwich. The Thali has multiple sauce. well flavor and new flavors to me. The bread is fresh and delicious. Easily good for 2 people to share.

I have not been to restaurant so I can not say anything about the ambiance or the service. I ordered the Bahubali sandwich and it was delicious! It's huge and has 4 layers, of stuffing! I loved it! Also had the noodles w manchurian, it was okay, very dry I think it needs a little bit of sauce and manchurian was a little burnt on the outside. Overall loved the sandwich, I would definitely order again!

I've heard about Honest from multiple family friends, and I'd say it's definitely worth it for the taste and quality of food! My parents and I got in around 7 on a Sunday and the crowd picked up quickly by the time we left. You order food at the counter and then are assigned a table where they will bring it out to. We went with 2 masala dosas, one Punjabi thali and 2 masala teas. The Punjabi thali was more than enough for 2 people. It came with daal, 2 curries which were aloo baigan and paneer butter masala, a Dani vada, papad, 2 parathas , pickle, salad and rice. The star was definitely the parathas , daal and the paneer butter masala. The curries were quite delicious and fresh as well and the parathas were heavenly! They were large and had ghee on it which added to the taste. The Dani vada was okay since I didn't like the sweetness but complemented the dish well. It did come with a gulab jamun which was too sweet, but the lassi was delicious! The dosas were also super tasty! We asked for them to be crispy so they placed the masala filling on the side. The sambar and chutneys also tasted really good and went well with the masala. The masala filling also had cashews in there which was nice! The masala teas were good and did not need to be sweetened as much. Overall, this is a pretty decent place to get vegetarian food and could tell everything was cooked fresh. We were also impressed by the level of service since the managers would come by and ask if everything is good. I do recommend coming in early before the dinner rush on weekends so that you can grab a table!

It's still cleaner than most chaat places. Dosa is delicious and Sev puri is so filling, no space to eat anything else.

Thali to go is delicious and excellent value. Also includes bread, mango lassi, papad.

New location in Suwanee. Really neat ambiance compared to the one in Decatur. The menu is huge. They serve sandwiches, street food items (chaat), thali, lassi etc. We got the thali and they informed ahead about wait times. The food was really good. Huge portions! Thali comes with 3 different curries, rice, 2 rotis , sweet, yogurt and mango lassi. They seem to get busy during lunch/ dinner hours. Expect to stand in lines for a while. Pretty good service and the thali price was decent. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

    Chikoo shake

This place nothing but honest, very high pricing and not transparent. They charged $11 for each chikoo shake. It's insane and lady at front desk was rushing me. Never coming here again!

Such an awesome new Indian place to try! We got a variety of things, from dosa to thali to lassi and chaat and everything was delicious. I really loved their Dahi puri and I ordered the dabaang dosa, but honestly liked the regular dosa better. That being said, everything was delicious and was delivered promptly. The staff is super friendly, and I definitely recommend this place to everyone in the area.

Food - zero Ambience - great Service - so so First timer and certainly the last time to visit this place. Such a disgrace to Indian vegetarian food. Tasteless Punjabi Thali for $14.99 each. Dry gobi Manchurian came w a dollop of the Manchurian soy sauce, which nobody asked for Sweet corn soup - this was a joke, they basically ground a paste of whole corn w no spices ! Watered it down. Bunch of customers who basically haven't really eaten a good vegetarian thali or South Indian ( Idli/ Dosa) in their lives ever, bunching up in lines to place order for their tasteless food. Please, I wasted my hard earned $51.xx for a Sunday afternoon meal. If I can save at least one of you from this nightmare, i would be satisfied. The small appetizer plate they bring out is good, I ate the flat bread with a hummus I ordered. The hummus is solid but I'd probably try a different dip the next time. I ordered the Salmon kebab plate. I was asked how I wanted my salmon cooked, and I said well-done. But how they cooked it was amazing! The salmon was fully cooked but still flaky and tender, and juicy. I found it flavorful enough, but there is a salt and pepper grinder on the table if you need it. It comes with a roasted tomato and a huge mound of saffron rice. I liked the rice a lot but it is a bit plain. If you want a more flavorful or interesting rice, you can add a different rice for $4. I'm a white guy but Indian is my favorite food and I eat a ton of it, but I still welcomed her suggestions. I loved how large the vegetarian section was that included four soups, Pani Puri and many entrees. Probably the most entrees I've ever seen on a buffet. I sampled many of the vegetarian items and there wasn't a single one that I didn't find enjoyable. I believe that every single employee greeted me and asked how my food was. I was asked for my honest opinion towards the end of my meal and asked what they could do better. Honestly, I couldn't find anything in my opinion that needed improvement. I thanked them for having so many items, especially vegetarian and for having an all day buffet. I can't wait to bring my wife back. The price for the weekday buffet was $14.99, which I find very reasonable, for all that was offered. Great food, great selection, great service and an attractive dining room/buffet. I'm told that it goes up $4 on weekends, but more is offered, which I look forward to experiencing. Don't pass this place up, check it out!

As a longtime San Francisco Bay Area foodie, I've been spoiled by incredible international food and…read morebold, complex flavors, so I'm always excited when I find a restaurant that delivers that same sense of discovery. Delbar absolutely does. The food here stands on its own--layered, interesting and incredibly delicious. I had been looking forward to dinner at Delbar Old Milton for two reasons: a long-overdue dinner with an old colleague and a serious craving for Middle Eastern food. After battling Atlanta-area traffic from Marietta--it took nearly an hour for what should have been about a 30-minute drive--I was ready to settle in, catch up and EAT. I'd previously been to Delbar in Inman Park with a group and loved it, so expectations were high. Old Milton did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Warm, sophisticated and beautifully designed, with a Persian rug welcoming you along the entrance and complimentary valet parking--a huge plus. The young valet team was impressively polished and efficient. I started with a Paper Plane, apparently my new financially irresponsible cocktail habit. Delicious, but these things are expensive! I blame the Italian liqueur. Two cocktails pushed north of $40, so perhaps I need a more economical signature drink. Then came the food. We started with the beet carpaccio: red beets, whipped feta, burnt honey, sour orange, pistachio and almond dukkha. Beautifully balanced--earthy, creamy, sweet, tart and nutty all at once. I let my dinner companion take over ordering from there, which proved to be an excellent decision. The Bandari Olovieh was the surprise of the evening: saffron-marinated smoked salmon with cream cheese, dill, chives, jalapeño purée, potatoes, Aleppo pepper, urfa, hot sauce, fried capers and cornichons, served with saffron potato chips. I'm not usually a salmon person, yet I loved this. The salmon was mild and delicate without the stronger flavor I sometimes associate with salmon or trout. And those saffron potato chips? Dangerous. I could happily eat a bowl of them. We also had the koobideh kabob, made with ground beef brisket and lamb shoulder with onion and saffron, served over taftoun with grilled pepper, tomato and sumac onions. Tender, juicy and packed with flavor. Wrapped in that bread, it was almost like the world's most delicious little Middle Eastern slider. By then, we were DONE. I had every intention of trying dessert, but there was simply no room. It was also getting late, and work was waiting for both of us the next morning. Next visit. Service throughout dinner was friendly and knowledgeable. This is a menu where good servers matter. Ours could explain the dishes and ingredients rather than simply take an order, and that added to the experience. Two small notes on the space. If Atlanta is doing its summertime furnace impression, I'd avoid tables near the doors leading to the patio. Every time they opened, a blast of hot air rolled through. Sit farther inside and enjoy the AC. And while I loved the Persian rug and overall design, the faux flowers and wisteria covering the entrance pergola weren't my favorite. Atlanta sun is brutal on anything artificial, and the rest of the restaurant is sophisticated enough that the entrance deserves something equally polished. Those are minor quibbles. The important part is this: Delbar is serving seriously delicious food in a beautiful setting with thoughtful service. If you're anywhere around Alpharetta or Roswell, make the detour. This place is not to be missed. Life is too short not to eat well. Get out there and find your next meal! Sorry, no photos;(
