I loved this spot! It wasn't too busy on a weekend night so we could walk in without any reservations. There's no formal dress code, so some tables were fully dressed in fancy outfits celebrating birthdays. While other tables were in sweatshirts and jeans. So just wear whatever you want. The small appetizer plate they bring out is good, I ate the flat bread with a hummus I ordered. The hummus is solid but I'd probably try a different dip the next time. I ordered the Salmon kebab plate. I was asked how I wanted my salmon cooked, and I said well-done. But how they cooked it was amazing! The salmon was fully cooked but still flaky and tender, and juicy. I found it flavorful enough, but there is a salt and pepper grinder on the table if you need it. It comes with a roasted tomato and a huge mound of saffron rice. I liked the rice a lot but it is a bit plain. If you want a more flavorful or interesting rice, you can add a different rice for $4. Those extra charge ones come with a lot more toppings like different nuts, herbs, or dried fruits. I'd like to try more different dishes next time, but what I was very satisfied by what I ordered. The restaurant is very dimly lit. The server was very nice and attentive. It's in a strip mall area so parking isn't hard to find. read more

I had a delicious meal here and a really great experience overall. The ambiance is beautiful, and they have plenty of large tables that make it a great place for groups, parties, or celebrations. We visited around 3 PM on a Friday for a late lunch and were seated quickly. As a vegetarian, I was happy to see that they have plenty of options on the menu. We started with the yogurt dip with cucumber and the baba ghanoush, both of which were very tasty. For my main dish, I ordered the veggie kebabs, which come with saffron rice and grilled pineapple--my favorite part. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. They also offer lunch specials from 11 AM to 3 PM on certain weekdays, and we happened to arrive just in time to take advantage of that, which was a nice bonus. Parking was easy as well. Absolutely our favourite Persian restaurant in the area; high praise for an area with so many good ones! We've been here so many times and it has not disappointed each time. In an unassuming strip mall by a grocery store, parking can be tight when the restaurant is busy and people are shopping, but you can park a short walk away by Joes/the liquor store which is usually open. The restaurant is cozy and some nights they even have live music! They start you out with an appetiser plate and some warm bread, and the definite highlight is the house-made orange butter that comes alongside it. This is my favourite item in the entire city of Johns Creek and I'm hardly even exaggerating. Items are fairly priced given the amount of food you get, and most of the mains we have ordered have been excellent. Their Soltani main comes with one kabob of barg (tenderloin), and one kabob of koobideh which are both wonderful, along with rice, and grilled vegetables. Lamb kabob is also a highlight on the menu as well. Falafels and fries are great appetisers and people have enjoyed the wings but we have never ordered. Overall one of the best Persian meals you can get in the area, and a nice little getaway from the busier Delbars and Rumis in the area too! read more

The bread, cheese, butter, & walnuts were my favorite part of the free appetizer. The server was very nice. The only mistake was not checking to refill my soda. I tried the tea but it wasn't sweet & it had a hint of fruit flavor, not my taste. This would be a great place for a large group of family or friends. There were lots of large tables, plenty of space. We had 9 people and could have had a couple more & there were lots more spaces for bigger groups. Noosh is 6 stars for food & plating presentation & gets that extra point for attentive & friendly service as well. Went on Mother's Day & the place was bustling & jam packed with families & couples. They honored our reservation without any wait & while our table for two wasn't the best ( awkwardly located in the dining area ) once the food came we quickly forgot about the real estate challenges. Flame Grilled Lamb tenderloin paired with perfectly roasted vegetables & tender rice was excellent as was my partner's grilled salmon. Unlike a lot of the Persian / Middle Eastern fusions in this area, i would say Noosh is more of an authentic Persian cuisine. And it is delicious. Firstly, the ambiance is excellent. It comes across as a very upscale environment with reasonable prices. Our sever was Vee, and he was the highlight of our experience. The food began with an appetizer which was delish and fresh, and everyone there was incredibly kind to my mother and I. I ordered the lamb Kabob and she had the chicken, and we honestly could not get enough. The food came out quickly and had really decent portion sizes. All of the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The meat was cooked perfectly and was a great blend of spices and freshness. I prefer Noosh over other Mediterranean places in the area such as rumi kitchen. The quality of food is always amazing and fresh. The portions are good. Meals come with a complimentary appetizer that includes cheese, nuts, herbs and olives. It's so refreshing and is the perfect balance to the meal. We also got the eggplant appetizer and it's one of my favorites. The sauce is out of this world. It's tomato based and the eggplant is tender. Came in on a Sunday late afternoon. Bread & cheese, walnuts, cucumber & herd late served upon arrival. Ordered the shrimp, salmon & chicken entrees. I thought all were good but the chicken was OMGooodeness delicious. I want to order it next time. I didn't try their falafel but it smelled good. There are spices on the table to put on your rice & it paired very well. We just ordered water & it was regularly filled & we were checked on throughout. We've been five times now, and have had excellent service, food quality, and a quiet nice time, each and every visit. I will also say the presentation is really pretty, carefully and colorfully arranged on the plate, which says a lot about the kitchen. Large dinner portions - we always get a second meal from what we take home with us (haven't been there at lunch yet so can't comment on lunch portions). My wife is stuck on the Chicken Makhsoos with the Albaloo rice option. I'm still trying everything, but so far, it's all been great. The Shirin rice is outstanding. One of our favorite places to go now after a friend took us there a few months ago. read more
