Marty was able to book our concrete Pressure Washing service within two days of my call. He spent over two hours pressure washing our single concrete driveway out front with an extra pull out concrete for another car, all the concrete leading into our backyard, and the concrete in the backyard, including an upper concrete deck patio, lower concrete patio, and concrete surrounding our pool and concrete walkways inbetween patios. I must say that Marty did an exceptional job. He used a cleaner which also removed algae and fungus. The concrete now looks fabulous and super clean. Marty was meticulous and very detail oriented. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages.
