I've been storing my Class C RV at Honeybee RV Storage for going on 2 years now and have been very pleased with Jason who manages this facility. I went there yesterday to pick up my coach but it wouldn't start and Jason went above and beyond to test the battery (which was pretty much dead, dead, dead) and we put a trickle charger on it overnight in the hope that it would be sufficient. I was back early the next day to see if it would start, and as luck would have it, my favorite mobile RV service was there on another job. I needed to get a new battery. Then it started right up. I have to say that I have always been treated courteously, calls have been returned promptly, and Jason has always been very patient and helpful. He helped me get a great space and I feel comfortable that it is safe and secure. My site is located on asphalt, it is covered, and I have electricity trickle charging my marine batteries for the coach. The storage fee is extremely reasonable compared to others that aren't that nice! read more

If I could give RV Vault zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is the worst excuse for a business we have ever experienced. We had a spot we chose ourselves and kept for over a year, only to be forced out of it with no explanation, no incentive, and no regard for loyal customers. We were moved to a new spot that has been nothing but a headache. At the end of our row sits a dilapidated motorhome that completely blocks the aisle. Every time we need to hook up to our camper and leave, we are forced to back all the way down the aisle just to get out. It is unsafe, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable for a storage facility that claims to provide accessible storage. We first reported this issue in July 2025 and were assured it would be handled. Since then, we have reported it four additional times through the manager, telephone, call center, and email. Not once have they meaningfully responded, followed up, or even acknowledged the concern. They simply do not care. Customer service is nonexistent, management is unprofessional, and basic maintenance and accessibility standards are ignored. Avoid this place at all costs, no matter how convenient the location may seem. There are far better businesses out there that actually value their customers. read more

I have 2A trickle charge on class-A. Every 2 days GFI trips on pole. Sometimes this happens multiple times a day. 10 mile drive to reset. Apparently, they have 8 people on a single 15A circuit. Plan on spending thousands to install new batteries. read more

My camper was stolen from Honey B RV storage! Since then I can not get a response or any information from the company. I highly recommend not storing anything at their facility. They have been zero help to me since the incident!!! read more

We showed up less than a month ago to pick up our trailer for a trip, only to find the entire camper was stolen off of the "secured" lot. Our chocks were left behind, along with a piece of our trailer. This never tipped off employees or security that something might have happened. The facility claims to have zero footage of the theft happening or the trailer being driven off the lot. After talking with neighbors (we are new to the area), we learned that there have been multiple thefts in this facility. Please be aware!! We do not want this to happen to someone else! read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! If you are using them you are at risk of losing your property. My 33' toy hauler was stolen from this location and they conveniently couldn't locate the footage. The local supervisor had mentioned that they had multiple break-ins/stolen items over the last few weeks and they would get footage of the theft but they were unable to provide any footage. How do they not have footage of a 33' toy hauler leaving their lot? I'm guessing this is a regular occurrence since the supervisor admitted to multiple thefts and they couldn't find footage of mine (they claim due to how long ago the theft "may" have occurred). If it did happen longer than they keep footage, then this is indeed a regular occurrence since they had more thefts only weeks before I noticed our toy hauler was missing. Something doesn't add up. The cost of keeping footage is minimal these days. They also only have cameras on the gates. They have no cameras monitoring the rest of the property. There is a lack of effort and concern from management. Both of which should be a red flag for anyone thinking about storing here or even continuing to store here. I requested a call from a manager and never received one. The supervisor wouldn't give me any contact info and claimed that his manager would call me back. I never received a call back. They don't care about your property. They only care about your money. They wouldn't even consider reimbursing our monthly dues for the last couple months. If they truly cared about their customers (current and previous) then they would make an attempt to contact us especially when something so egregious occurs at one of their sites. The manager responses to these posts are only a cover to make it appear like they care or else they would call in the midst of an incident. It's unfortunate that you have companies out there that care so little about their customers. If you decide to use them proceed with caution. Notice the trends on their reviews. read more
