These people have little concept for human decency. They serviced my neighbor's house and placed the outhouse next to my bedroom window! I called the company and they said they would remove it. Never happened. My neighbor asked them to do so and they refused. When the worker came to service I had to discuss it with their worker and he and my neighbor moved it. These people are the worst! I put a lock on the Porta potty that I rented I gave them a key.. and they lost it.. and then they told me I needed to get them a new one... I went down and bought a combination lock. They couldn't figure out how to open it... I asked them if they could service on Fridays so that way the Porta potty doesn't stink all weekend at the high-end apartment complex we are working on!! Let me start out with saying we have been customers of Honey Bucket for over three years, that is over 36 billing cycles of patronage. This last time, will be our last with them. I ordered two standard port-a-potties for a one week period (actually less). Drop-off on a Wednesday and pick-up on a Tuesday. I understand that servicing to the units is required, but the sales associate intentionally set me up for a weekly servicing (although we did not need four, monthly servicing) in an attempt to uncharge the account. So for two units, less than a week = $315. Then, when they pick up the units and on the way out, they take out our mailbox which is set in 3 feet of concrete and a galvanized steel pole. No call, no note, nothing. Just drives away. Apparently Hector is too busy with other pressing matters to return a phone call for a customer service issue regarding an employee damaging private property. I tried setting the mail box back on its post, but to no avail. You can't move 3 feet of cement. Thanks guys. UPDATE*** Had to cancel the credit card that the administrative office kept on file, nearly one month after I had been billed in full and not received any further service or good, they continue to make unauthorized charges. After 3+ years of loyal patronage to HoneyBucket and always autopaying my account, I will never use them again. And not like Dan Synder's "NEVER", I mean I'd rather not have a pot to piss in, rather than enlists their services. read more

Zero starts if I could. Customer service and business practices are horrible. We rented for business purposes. If your site is closed on a holiday and it falls on your cleaning day, they will not reschedule the visit without an additional charge, as well as the charge for the cleaning that you are not receiving because you are closed. They showed up after business hours and charged us for a cleaning that we did not receive because...closed. I would never work with this company again. TERRIBLE customer service and all around company. Had portables delivered for a small business market over the weekend and had rented pad locks for the units to stay locked up until the event on Saturday. I was told the keys would be zip tied to the unit to unlock them. Come Saturday morning I can not find the keys ANYWHERE. I had at least 6 of us looking around for the keys and couldn't find them anywhere. was legir on my hands and knees trying to find the keys. Ended up having to spend almost $100 on a lock cutter to open the bathrooms we paid $400 for, because we had vendors needing to use the bathroom. I request a refund and an gas light and told the keys were on the unit the entire time. I asked for a video of where they were because I had video of both of the units with out keys attached anywhere. 10/10 do NOT recommend honey bucket. Find another company!!!! read more

We used Honeybucket in Santa Rosa for an anniversary party. The quality of the service provided was pretty good. Randy and team were responsive and arrived on time for the drop off and pick-up. For this, I would give a 4 star review. The toilets themselves, however, are what reduce the score to 3-stars. We ordered two fresh water flush toilets for our relatively low-key crowd. We were a bit shocked, therefore, when partway through the night the toilets plugged and didn't flush! These were fresh water flush units, supposedly a step up from the typical port-a-potty.... what the heck? Anyway, after some creative plumbing efforts, we were able to get them working again. Unfortunately, they just weren't quite the quality that they were cracked up to be. Lastly a couple of suggestions if you get the fresh water flush units (which, just to be clear, we don't recommend): 1) have a trash can outside the unit; 2) provide your own lighting if you are using these at night; 3) consider getting an outdoor sink instead of relying on the ones inside. read more

I was quite shocked when I was advised that we would need to rent portable restrooms for our wedding, as the private property where it was being held would not have sufficient facilities to service all our guests!! My idea of a porta potty was one of those blue sheds that you have to use at concerts and outdoor events, where I'd rather dig a hole than go inside and use these contraptions!! Little did I know how fancy they could get! Did my research and discovered there are basically two companies in the area that are used by most party / event planners - North Bay Portables - being one of them. After a few emails to Thomas Paine, who works there, I had decided that he was not only more professional and cordial to deal with, but super responsive and friendly. The cost was pretty much the same, but I think the service is definitely better with these guys! We chose the Prestige VIP, which sounds grand but it's the average style when it comes to the fancy restrooms. You can even get ones that look like real restrooms, with mirrors and wooden panels!! Ours had carpeting, exhaust fans, self contained water tanks and was delivered the day before with fresh flowers in each stall. Awesome service, affordable prices and surprising quality / spacious restrooms. Very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them for private events. read more

Horrible service. They never showed up during there drop off appointment, I took the morning off from work to stay home and wait for them. They called an hour later and said they would be there in an hour. They were 2 hours late and only deducted 20.00 from the bill. I was out 6 hours of work pay. Worst service ever. Were supposed to receive a call pre-delivery since it was being delivered to our wedding location and we wanted to be sure someone would be there to open the gate. They arrived at 6:45am, unannounced. Neither the porta potty or hand wash station were ready for use. There was no water in either and no plug for the hand wash station. The driver said he would be right back - never came back. It took 4 calls before someone actually placed a repair order. Once again we were supposed to receive a call as to when they would be coming - no call - service person showed up at 7:00am. Filled the porta potty and replaced the hand wash station and filled it. The hand wash station didn't work at all. Pick up was supposed to be the following Monday, 8/9 and it wasn't picked up until Thursday 8/12 - again no courtesy call given to let us know he window of time. There was zero consideration for our time and for the fact that someone had to wait around for them. I called to get credit for the hand wash station and was told I would receive a credit of approximately $190 for the unit and that it would take 7-10 days to show up. It has no been two full weeks and no credit. I feel so bad for the customer service girls who have such unreliable support from their service team. They were genuinely apologetic and felt awful for the service we didn't receive. They were the ONLY decent part of our experience with Honey Bucket Sana Rosa. Ok so having a good experience renting a portable restroom sounds kind of silly but .. good service is good service right? Oh, and the reason I needed a potti rental is because my boyfriend was having a big birthday party and it made more sense to have one of these available than fifty people tracking mud throughout his parent's country home .. and it was friendlier to the septic system to boot. So, I called around to several portable toilet rental companies in Sonoma County and really hit it off with one of the gals that answered the phone. Even though they were priced a little higher than some other companies (although still very competitively), I wanted to give them my business. Brian, who I assume is the owner of the company held my hand through the process and made it very simple. He even called me after the rental had been picked up to make sure my service was up to snuff. Very unhappy!!!! They called the minute they were outside my gate, They wouldn't wait 5 minutes for me to drive up and open the gate. They dropped off the porta- potty outside my gate. My family has used North Bay Portables a couple of times now. We first used them to rent a standard unit for a party at my parents' home. They delivered the unit on a Friday, and we discovered the following morning (the day of the party) that the hand wash unit had been leaking water all night. We called Brian and within a couple of hours they had a seperate hand wash station delivered to us. Absolutely no issues! We are using them again - renting the VIP units - for my brother's wedding, which will also be at my parents' home. Brian and Carrie, who I believe are the owners, are wonderful to work with. Very helpful and more than willing to answer any and all questions. I would have thought that renting a port-o-potty would be the same no matter where you rented. We rented the mid range portapotties from North Bay Portables for our wedding this past summer. They were absolutely professional, sent the contract immediately, delivered and picked up exactly on schedule. We didn't even see them leave. The units look like airplane bathrooms, very clean inside with lights and mirrors and flush-able toilets. One of the units' fuses tripped when they were unloading and we didn't realize until late the night before the wedding. We called their emergency line and someone showed up within the hour - after 9pm on a Friday night, friendly as could be and fixed the problem immediately. I was happy with the service until I sat at my desk and watched the driver hit my electric gate keypad while backing out of my driveway. Upon contacting the company (all I really wanted was an apology and an understanding that the driver knowingly damaged my property and did not notify me). Instead I received a letter from their regional manager that after speaking with his driver he did not believe that I actually saw his driver hit my opener. I work from home in a trailer and my desk looks straight out the window at my gate I couldn't miss it. He insisted that it was prior damage and made this decision without ever contacting the other two witnesses I had that were working on my home in Fountaingrove that was burnt down in the fire. I tried to explain I am trying to get my house built I don't have time to make up stories about issues that don't occur. This review mostly concerns the Company's headquarters in Puyallup, WA, although the service was dispatched out of Santa Rosa, CA. As a vineyard owner outside Healdsburg, CA I had had very good service from North Bay Portables before this Company bought it. In May, 2017 I requested a portable toilet for a future construction site and was informed that I could indeed start with an on-call service and later switch to monthly when the work started in earnest. Late that month after the unit was delivered I was informed by the WA headquarters that this arrangement wasn't possible and that I would be contacted by the person who set up my account. Despite MY numerous calls to correct the problem the bills continued to pile up until September when I ordered the Company to remove the unit. It was never used, never cleaned (because I never requested a service) but the bill was nearly $600! I offered to pay the original delivery and 1 month rent - $60. but that was refused. Thinking about filing a Small Claims action against Honey Bucket! read more
