We have had several items that needed to be returned and we were told it was over the return time frame, so we could not get a refund. We believe if you spend thousands of dollars on three bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel and all the faucets, sinks, lighting etc. were purchased from Ferguson Home you should be able to return items and receive a refund. Obviously, this did not happen. Jeffrey the salesperson in the Santa Rosa retail store is awesome. However, customer service and returns are horrible.

I routinely get erroneous error messages about power failures. The freezer thermostat fails about once a week. The service support has been pathetic. The first guy blamed it on my water pressure even without making any measurements. Then he suggested that it was caused by my setting the 'max ice' setting 'on', which he explained was actually a minimum ice setting. I've had two more calls with the service department who promised to send someone out, but I've received zero follow up. Overall I'd say this outfit is not worth your trust. Overpriced and under performing. My next step is small claims court.

He was diligent in obtaining the side splashes and replacement drawer front (the contractor put the handle on incorrectly). Bertch sent the wrong cabinets on the initial delivery but quickly replaced them within two weeks. However, they sent the wrong drawer front 2 times before getting it right almost 2 months later.

As I "hemmed" and "hawed" and got overwhelmed with decisions, Lillian calmly and politely kept touching base and working with me. In the end, I was able to get everything related to the counters booked and done with Lillian i.e. the counters, the plumbing, the sinks and fixtures). When it came to the install, both gentlemen were very professional. They showed up on time with the full quartz slab and cut and shaped it on the spot, which was awesome and fun to watch. The installation went very smoothly and I love the finished result. The guys work hard - they were at my house almost the entire day, then were headed out to another job at 5pm! Also, Granite Store is a full service kitchen and bath showroom which unfortunately, I found out about after I had already selected and partially paid for my new floors...my mistake because their prices were lower than what I paid - ARGH!
