Worst service of any Honey Dew location I've visited. I tried to redeem a free donut with any drink purchase offer through the app. The employee insisted the offer could only be redeemed with the purchase of coffee despite me showing her the offer on my phone. Even without taking that experience into account, I've been here multiple times and employees have never been as friendly as other locations. Also the parking lot is small and a pain to get in and out of given its location on 114. The food and drink quality is comparable to other locations which is the only thing this location has going for it. read more

This review is not for this specific location, but for the Honey Dew company, in general. I want to take a moment to advise the marketing and branding division to rename the company from Honey Dew to Honey Doo-Doo because the donuts here taste like DOO-DOO, and I mean that without exaggeration. I had to pick up Honey Dew for an event, and EVERYONE complained about how poor, stale, and gross the donuts tasted. You couldn't pay me to eat these cardboard circles. My only complaint was how small the building was. If people are coming in to order you're all up on whoever is sitting down eating. Food was absolutely fantastic. I got a steak eggs and cheese bagel, and an iced latte. We don't have a honey dew in indiana, I enjoyed. read more

Terrible. Just went there to order breakfast. Ordered a egg white and cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and they got it wrong. Gave me regular egg. Ordered a bag of 8 dew drops, 2 of each, they gave me a bag of just jelly. Ordered a iced cold brew and it was all ice hardly any coffee. Servers basically grunted. We're not very friendly. I have ordered food from this place through another service three different times, and they have cancelled my order every time. Without much rhyme or reason. The coffee and donuts are great! Dennis the Store Manager is good with customers:) This location is friendly and has quick service. Today was not my usual experience. Unfortunately Sindy, a newcomer to this store, did not take my order correctly or process my debit card correctly. She made the wrong size drink and asked me to repeat my order back to her. She did process my debit card, chip is not working on it, so she tried to type the numbers and the card came up declined. Then she asked for a different card. She never swiped the card, then showed me that the chip was not working. Walgreens and CVS, you must swipe the card, just like before we had chip readers. She never did that or asked for a coworkers help. Just said that my card is declined. My card was fine, just got paid and just called the bank to confirm. Completely poor service today. Very disappointed in this store. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The two girls behind the counter were both high. One was yelling at the other to get out of the bathroom that was out of service. The sandwiches we ordered were ice cold. They continued arguing about which one was going to leave because they were slow. What is this world coming to? I expect better management! read more

This is legit the best Honey Dew I have ever been to!!!! My family lives on the North Shore, so I only get to go to this location if I am up visiting, but it's totally worth a little side trip when I can make it!! I could not believe the pastries!! I used to get chocolate cream donuts from Dunkin Donuts as a kid (I know, I know, hello fatty!) and they just don't seem to have them at many Dunks anymore. There is one special Dunks that has them near my house, but they aren't even as good as they used to be. The Honey Dew chocolate cream donut is SO cream-filled that I literally had trouble finishing it!!! It was like chocolate frosting heaven!! I also got a black and white cookie thing. It was more like a cake with chocolate frosting on one side and vanilla on the other. THEN I ALSO got a whoopie pie!! Some things never change, hello fatty! But seriously, I was like a kid in a candy store. Or a kid in a donut shop!! Sooo delicious and the staff was soo nice!! I wish I could go there right this second and get me something frostingy and delicious!!! read more

Since the ownership change this Honey Dew has started to decline. Staff not friendly and you have to repeat order 2-3 times (which I guess is better than getting it wrong). Hopefully it's just growing pains, but it's not looking too promising. read more

This is a newer Honey Dew and actually the closest one to where I live. I like it, but it's definitely not as good as the other Honey Dews and that may be because it's so new. One major problem I've found is that it gets quite crowded and people are all bunched up while it's cold out (not wanting to open the door). Also, free samples are often very stale as if they've been left out overnight. I certainly hope the goodies they sell don't taste like that! Staff seems a bit overwhelmed. It's probably a high volume spot just off of 114. Coffee is always great though and I'm sure they'll improve. read more
