Where has this place been all my life? Answer: right in front of my fat face, but I had just never noticed somehow. Just a gap for a bagel-lover like me. I had always heard about Perfecto's delicious bagels, but I never experienced one until today. The stars just aligned for me. Now I sit in my car in the parking lot with sesame seeds in my lap and cream cheese smeared on my iPhone, because I have to get the word out about this place for anyone who did not know how good it is. I consider it my civic duty. So fresh, so delicious it was Per...I won't go there....just so damn good!! When I shared with the staff that it was my first time there and I always wanted to try the bagels, the sweet cashier smiles and said, "I'm so excited for you getting to try your first Perfecto's bagel," and I honestly felt that she meant it. Coffee was delicious as well, every flavor imaginable and very fresh and good! Great service, staff, products and at a fair price. We ordered 6 breakfast sandwiches online (no possibility for miscommunication) around 10:30am. Perfectos was perfect on two of the sandwiches, but the other four were missing bacon or sausage. Sausage egg and cheese sandwiches did not have sausage, and the bacon egg and cheese sandwiches were just egg and lettuce. We just want to know who would make, not one, but two egg and lettuce sandwiches and not question it and double check the order. The coffee wasn't the best either. It's congested inside, so it's not a type of place to dillydally; know exactly what you want, order, and get out as quickly as you can and take a seat if you want to eat at one of their outdoor tables set right out front. Sausage, Eggs & Bacon on Jalapeno Cheddar Bagel- They sure pack a whole lot of meat in this hefty sandwich. There was a ton of bacon layered like a patty, sausage, eggs, cheese inside the jalapeno cheddar bagel that was pretty spicy but breakups all the grease. Iced Chai Tea Latte- Sweet and cinnamony. The coffee smell as you walk in is addicting. I normally don't drink coffee with lunch, but I had to order some here, it just smelled that good. We ordered wraps for lunch, which are made quickly and with fresh ingredients. Just be careful when you take them out of the foil, because the ends aren't necessarily folded over, and stuff will fall out. Two of us walked in together, but when we got to the back to place our orders, the one girl there only took the order for the other person, leaving me to wait there for several minutes until another employee came back and asked if we had been taken care of. That was awkward. At least the girl who eventually took my order was pleasant. A few months ago, when I came to this plaza for breakfast, I went to the McDonald's in the front because I had a buy-1-get-1-free breakfast sandwich coupon. Andover location: employees were rude, mumble everything and became disrespectful when any questions were asked. Spoke broken English so they were hard to understand. Knowingly continued to mumble when I asked several times what she was saying, then proceeded to yell at me because I couldn't understand her. I've loved Perfectos Caffe ever since it opened and even though I do not live even in the same state anymore I still think about how much I miss it. They have the biggest selection of flavored iced coffees in the area. They have many kinds of espresso drinks and you can customize them however you want. Their bagels are to die for--freshly made along with their outstanding cookies and muffins. I am in love with their shortbread cookies and they go so perfectly with a nice hot coffee! On a side note, all the goodies at Perfectos are made in house! As many have said, their wraps and salads are very good. I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts as they are our go-to big chain coffee place in New England, however, I'll skip the Dunks if I'm in town because Perfectos is too good to be true. One of my favorite coffee shops! I was in search of a bagel when I found Perfectos Cafe, upon entering you're greeted by the workers. The service is amazing, there are three separate sections, one for drinks/cashing out, the pastry goods, and lastly where you can build your bagel. Each section has a different worker ready to help you! It's great because you hardly have to wait. The bagels are absolutely delicious, the focaccia with bacon scallion cream cheese is what I usually get. On top of ordering my bagel I get a caramel latte iced. This place by far makes the best caramel latte I have ever had. The prices are good, reasonable and not overly expensive like the local hipster coffee shops. I definitely recommended coming here if you haven't tried it. read more

The Perfectos in Tewksbury is a small location. If you are coming with kids to dine there, I would go in the spring, summer or fall so you can sit outside at the tables. The staff is fast to complete your order. The flavored iced coffee is okay, the flavors do not seem as strong to me. They do have many flavors and rotate them seasonally. Their bagels are really good and there are multiple flavors of cream cheese to choose from. Overall if you are looking for a normal iced coffee and bagel that would be the place to get one. Perfecto's is a lot like Starbucks, only with freshly made sandwiches and salads instead of prepackaged. The flavored coffees are the most real tasting of any coffee shop I've been to. The butterscotch tastes like butterscotch, the Irish cream tastes like Irish cream, the schnazzberries taste like schnazzberries...wait...forget that last one. The bagel selection is also very good. Might I suggest a bacon, egg, and cheese on a French toast bagel. The location of the Tewksbury shop is a blessing and a curse. It's home in a large shopping plaza does wonders for business, I'm sure, but the parking lot is a mob scene most of the time and for whatever reason, Route 38 is an incredibly busy road. I only live seven miles from here and it took me 1/2 hour to get home after breakfast one day. The only thing holding this place back from five stars is the service. When you are ordering a bagel or sandwich, you place your order at the far end of the counter and then proceed to the register to order coffee and pay. Meanwhile, those just ordering coffee go right to the register. Now this sounds like a logical system, but often times it leads to an awkward "Who was here first?" situation between two customers. And since this place is a haven for entitled soccer moms, I usually end up at the back of the line again behind Bambi and her two daughters Tiffany and Britanny. (My apologies if you have one of these names and don't fit the stereotype I've just laid out.) All I'm saying is that I think the whole experience would run smoother if you placed all your orders with the same person. This review is for the Tewksbury location in particular, but I've been to the Peabody location many times as well and find that my criticisms are the same there. read more

Whatever it is Perfectos is the little local coffee shop you are looking for but unable to find. It is located in the Market Basket plaza in Tewksbury next to Fantasic Sam's. The service is fantastic along with the coffee. The variety of flavors of ice coffee which change daily is amazing. With flavors like Gingerbread, Egg Nog, Tirimisu, Creamy Irish Delight, Mudslide etc it gives you a chance to expand beyond French Vanilla and Hazelnut. Which for the record they do carry daily. The hot coffee's change daily as well and have the same types of flavors. Their cookies are like mom used to make without the mess of doing it yourself. I recommend the chocolate chip. They also have different varieties of muffins and usually one seasonal muffin. Right now their special is Gingerbread with a cream cheese center. Yum! If you have been to the Gingerbread Construction Co. in Winchester it rivals that muffin and you don't have to drive to Winchester. They have everything from breakfast sandwitches to wraps and they always get your order right. I never have to wait more than five mins for service either that alone is worth it's weight in gold. Try Perfectos the next time Dunks get's your order wrong, you might be pleasantly surprised. You can rest assured we all know one thing and that is there is nothing worse than starting off your day with the wrong coffee! read more

Hidden gem! I live in Boston but have been house sitting for a few days. My goodness this place is great! The staff is super friendly. I created my own sandwich since the menu options weren't really my thing. Raisins and ranch dressing are in many of their sandwiches/wraps. Raisins scare me. Talk about Customer Service at its finest...These ladies should be rewarded. I show up here at least every other weekend on the busiest day Saturdays morning before work - little treat to myself... I am completely amazed how the staff remembers the way I take my beverage - they make it perfect every time. That is one of the many reasons I keep coming back here. This place is my cheers, everyone knows my name. I love perfectos and have been going there since they opened. I have never once had a bad experience. My coffee is always perfect and even if it wasn't I'm sure fixing it would never be a problem. If you want to actually make your day brighter, go see the crew at perfectos. So I went here for the first time on 11/11/14 due to a terrible morning that needed some coffee that was better than the average chain. I went in, and they had samples of their bagels and cream cheese. I tried the Jalepeno Cheddar Bagel with Brushetta Cream Cheese. LITERALLY AMAZING. I got that combo and an "Espresso Dark" hot coffee. Everything was so amazing I went back the next morning (11/12/14) and got the exact same thing!! Can't wait to try their breakfast sandwiches. This is really close to were I live and I can walk since my car is in the shop. They have Espresso, Lattes, Cappacinos - and Coffee. They have an extensive menu as well. You can have Muffins or other goodies but they also serve lunch wraps and sandwiches. The Menu is HUGE and you have a LOT to pick from. This is the best bagel place in town. But again, I think they are the only bagel place besides dunks (which makes better coffee). Not a huge fan of the fancy coffee flavors - especially since the iced ones are flavor shots so they taste too syrupy. They have interesting bagel flavors - but none of the regulars I wish they'd have like onion or poppy or wheat (their multi-grain is okay but dry). They do give lots of coffee flavors to choose from though, which is nice. They just increased their prices. If you shop here every day, you'll see their pricing is much more versus a dunks.
