The donuts are soft pillows, almost like fried dough with a slight crunch to the exterior, and then airy filled with cream and covered with chocolate frosting. Don't get nervous if the rack looks bare, they have fresh donuts that are fried in the back that have just not been frosted or filled yet which they will do to order if needed.
