Really no complaints here. Donuts were light, fluffy, and full of flavor. The person helping us was extremely nice and made the first time there an enjoyable experience. They also had a large assortment to choose from despite us going at the end of the day. The store is small, but perfect for its purpose. Plenty of parking right outside their door as well. BEWARE OF THE "BOSTON CREAM! I had been waiting to try this place for 2 years, since I saw it on the local news and my first donut didn't disappoint. The sugar glazed vanilla cream filled was the best donut I've ever had! The next one might have been the worst. I think the filling pastry bags must have gotten mixed up in the back because I bit into my next treat, the Boston Cream, and it was filled with lemon curd, not custard! It was not a pleasant combination. I'll go back, but will stick to the filling I can see before buying. read more

Who doesn't like a good donut on a Sunday morning? We were tipped off to this shop by some local friends of ours, so we had to give them a try. Although not the fancy or extreme donuts that have been increasing in popularity, this shop did have a good selection and the staff was very friendly. Based on the appearance and the name, I suspect that this place is somehow affiliated with other donut shops that we have been to in the Fall River and Portsmouth area. Although this leans away from the "homemade" name, the donuts are a still very tasty. Yes the donuts were tasty, but I would probably not drive the 20 minutes to get them from here next time as I would the shop that serves the "fancy" donuts down the road. read more

The second you walk in you smell fresh homemade donuts and you're greeted by friendly faces. Then you look at the display of donuts and it makes choosing just one almost impossible. The donuts are irresistible and especially at 99¢/each. They are light and fluffy and perfect sweetness. Even those with extra toppings seem to have the perfect combination of glaze and topping. Just so good. (It's almost insulting to compare them to DD or HD) but they definitely blow them out of the water when it comes to taste, freshness, prices, and options. Besides donuts they also offer muffins, bagels, croissants, and English muffins. Their breakfast sandwiches are great too! They have bacon, ham, sausage, and turkey options. I love that they use real eggs as well. A favorite of mine, I never heard of until I tried it here is a kolache. These are like sweet bread rolls stuffed with a sausage, similar to kielbasa, which has cheese inside of it. Ask for it heated! For coffee they offer several flavors of ice and hot and regular or almond milk. There's juice/milk refrigerator as well - I mention this because they carry coffee milk- yum! :) They have a drive thru as well, but FYI the speaker is sometimes not working well so you have to drive up to the window to order. I'd say these are a very quality donut. Fresh traditional style. I brought 2 dozen to the office and everyone loved them. Sour cream donut and the cream filled are amazing!! Service was pleasant and helpful. Location just off the highway. Prices are pretty good as well. Worth a swing by if you in the area. Iced coffee is a bit sweet so have them go easy on the sugar. Order and ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin. It was ready in 3 minutes and it was delicious. They use a piece of spiral ham that's fried and the texture of bacon but sweet. The donuts are delicious too, the yeasty pillowy soft type. I opted for a coconut flavor and my boyfriend had the fruity pebble. I don't think you could go wrong with traditional glazed though. The coffee was ok, nothing special "New England coffee" brand . Cold brew was an option but I got regular iced and it had the cardboard aftertaste I often experience with that brand. I can get Pho all day but can not get these tastey sandwiches. If you like heat, get it with sriracha.
