The service has been average overall. They have bands from time to time which is a nice selling point, except I came for a dinner one night only to learn I had to pay a cover because there was a band. I didn't love that. They appear to have a dance club type setup in the basement that is 21+. It'd be nice to have the top be more of a restaurant and the bottom be the club... but it is what it is.

I overheard the owner tell another party he originally intended this spot to be fast food, but after the sign was ordered he decided to go full service. That's why there's a full Mexican menu. A "you pick two" section has two entree items plundered beans and rice for $12-a good value. However, after scanning the menu a little longer I found the real value if you're not overly hungry: your choice of an entree item with beans and rice for $9. I opted for that--with a chicken taco--and it was filling. (I'd already feasted on complemented chips and salsa.) The chicken in the abundant soft taco wasn't overly cooked, nor were the beans and rice.
