Photo on the website shows at least 8 flowers for the corsage, shells, and light blue ribbon. I made the purchase almost 3 weeks ahead of time and asked for dark blue ribbon. I picked them up the day of prom. The boutonniere wasn't made AT ALL, completely missed it. The woman at the counter asked the florist "can you make a boutonniere really quick?" I asked to be refunded for the boutonniere and was advised she didn't have the authority so she'd made a note. I took the corsage and upon opening, saw this single flower. I went back in the store and showed the photo on the site, specifically calling out the lack of shells as that's why I chose this corsage. The woman responded rudely that they were out of what was in the photo for that corsage. So, they didn't even bother to substitute with other flowers? I sent an email asking to be refunded and received a receipt as a response, refunding the boutonniere and gave $10 back for this single $45 carnation. The "corsage" ended up unworn and trashed. Will never refer to or use this service again.
