Saw the excellent reviews and as an out-of-town buyer went ahead and scheduled a one-way flight from PCB once I settled on the right car. Brad was great to work with beginning to end and was very patient and held the Bolt for me as I juggled cancelled and rescheduled flights and urgent doctors visits for my elderly mom. It was all worthwhile once I saw the car in immaculate condition and fully serviced and charged for the drive back to PCB. Pleased to discover the car still had its estimated EPA range from new and only need one fast charge on the way back, which is a revelation compared to the Leaf. Special shout out to Jamaica, who was great handling the paperwork during and after the sale. Would not hesitate to make Tampa Hybrids my first choice when the time comes to trade up to another EV

This car is entirely rust free. Todd and Susan worked with my wife and me to arrange the paperwork for the sale in 24 hours. When they learned that we could only fly in to pick it up on a weekend due to my wife's work schedule, they bent over backward to arrange the pick up for a Sunday morning at 7 am. They double checked the car so that she could feel confident getting in it and starting a 1535 mile journey to Vermont. I can't say enough good about the car and about the purchase experience! I tried to return it the very next day and they wouldn't take it back. They called me stupid, I didn't know what I was talking about and that I needed to do my homework when I asked for the sensor lights to be fixed and other safety issues. They spoke Spanish to the finance company of which I didn't understand and the price of the car went up by at least $3,000.00 without my knowing it when I got the bill of sales 2 weeks later from the finance company. I was there from 10:00 am until closing (sick and just wanted to go home). Salesman went home before I did because he took someone else to sell a car to and I had to find someone else to help me. They took advantage of an elderly woman who was alone. Shame on them.

I have to express my disappointment and frustration with my experience at AutolinxTampa. I bought…read morean Audi A4 car at this dealership and from the first day I had problems with it. I was assured that the car was in excellent condition, we ask for the Carfax everything was good but it turned out that after leaving the dealer we almost had an accident the car turn of in the middle of the intersection the problem was because that car had a serious problem with the engine. When I took the car for warranty, they told me that the problem was with the engine (it had the engine light and epc light on ) and that they needed a month to repair it. But what really shock me was that after a month, they told me that the problem was diesel gasoline had been put on it, they stayed with the car fixing it for a whole month and when I saw the mileage it had more than 100 miles that they had driven it. I felt deceived and disappointed by the lack of transparency of the dealer. After a month without a car, the problem was not solved and I felt abandoned by the dealer. I do not recommend buying a car in AUTOLINXTAMPA due to poor customer service and lack of transparency of the whole staff. I hope this review serves as a warning for other potential buyers and that the dealer takes measures to improve its service and customer service.
