Restaurant was busy with other take outs, good sign, for a first timer. #6 boneless ribs, ok but would try something else. #38 Vegetable fried rice was good. #81 Vegetable egg foo young good flavor. #117 Hawaiian Five O, various meats and seafood was ok, but wouldn't get again. Not bad at all! Great Chinese carry out. Ordered the shrimp egg roll and the garlic beef. Both were very good but skimpy in the proteins. Please add just 3 more pieces of shrimp to your egg rolls and be more generous with the beef. Lo mein was bland to me. I'd pass. Other than that we will return. Tasty food. read more

Shrimp Mei Fun had little to no flavor at all other than a slight burnt taste. Not many ingredients, just the flavorless noodles and tiny shrimp. I picked up carry out. The vegetable egg foo young was good. Could've used more veggies but the serving was big and tasty. We also got pork egg rolls. Also good. I've had better but they were good. Their food is consistently good. In the 22 years I've been patronizing Hong Kong, I've never been disappointed. The food is usually done in10-15 minutes. The owner rings you up and is very pleasant. My boyfriend and I are Chinese food snobs. We stopped here last minute on the way back from the airport and were so impressed. The food did have a wait of about 35-45 minutes (Friday night), but I wasn't even frustrated because I could tell it was a good sign they were so busy. The woman working the phones and counter was amazing to watch. She was somehow taking orders, packaging orders, helping the cooks, and holding down the counter. All cooks were working efficiently. There was a long line and all customers were waiting patiently- they seemed to be frequent customers as the woman even remembered one of their names. The food was delicious. They're food is amazing!! I always get the General Tso's chicken, and it's was is good. It has a tangy and kind of sweet sauce with broccoli which is almost always cooked perfectly. Their pork wontons are also really good. I had never had beef wontons before so it was a little weird before but overall they were good. My boyfriend always gets the shrimp low Maine, he doesn't like how they use small shrimps but overall we both enjoy it. The staff is very friendly. And always greats you with a smile. The only downside to this place is you can pay with cash or a check so sometimes it's a little inconvenient to have to go the bank and get cash, but it's honestly worth it. read more

The service was friendly and food cooked pretty quickly. However, the General Tso's Chicken left much to be desired. The sauce had almost a bitter flavor. The steamed rice tasted a bit "off" as well. I usually get either the Pork Fried Rice, Boneless Ribs, Sweet and Sour Chicken but most of the time I get the general tsos chicken. Messed up my order. How idk!? There was no one in there. Ordered beef Lo Mein and he gave me beef and broccoli. When I called he said i could come back in. i live 40 min away so I said I'd come in tomorrow for my lo mein. He told me to bring back the beef and broccoli to swap it out. ARE YOU SERIOUS!? Swap it out!? Where's the customer service ??? Should have said "come back in and we'll give you the lo mein and throw in some egg rolls for your trouble." My family and I stopped here for carry-out around 9:30 pm on a Sunday after a full day of traveling. The lady taking our order was super friendly, and happy to answer any questions we had.
