Looks like a standard Chinese takeout but it significantly nicer in that the walls are all covered with formica and kept spotlessly clean, there are no soda pop bottles or other cartons stacked in the corners, and the one table if they have is clean so you can eat in should you choose to... the lady taking the orders is very nice. Holy smokes, this was so bad on so many levels. Out of our large order, NOTHING was good. I'm sad I spent so much money ($42) on this carry-out dinner. Here it goes: -Both the egg drop and hot & sour soups were gelatinous and lacking content, just a lot of thick broth. -General Tso Chicken was soft and had no texture or crunch that it typically has. -Egg rolls were the closest thing to being okay and they were just average -Pan-fried dumplings were cold, lacked texture, and were bland -Chicken in garlic sauce was flavorless and didn't have a whole of chicken. Good arrived 30 minutes early. We had 2 orders of orange chicken and and ordered of General Two's chicken. All was fantastic. The springrolls were not quite fully cooked. The Hot & Sour Shoop was fantastic. Only giving 4 stars because of the springrolls. read more

Unfortunately we just thought we would try this Chinese based on the yelp reviews. My wife ordered cashew chicken and I ordered spicy beef. "Wheres the beef?" I think it is pretty tasty. I got the chicken and broccoli with white rice. Simple I know but if someone can do simple well it usually means they can at least attempt something hard and still have flavor. I like it I will try the egg foo young next time. I only gave them a four because it doesn't knock my socks off. read more

With an extensive kitchen renovation going on at present, we seem to be trying more local places! We ordered take-out tonight: one Happy Family and one Triple Delight. The food was ready quickly and prices were average. Nice to select your own sauces at the counter. We would order Triple Delight again but we've had better Happy Family. Not a fan of what appeared to be fake crab/lobster in it...rather it be omitted and stick with the shrimp, which was good. Friendly counter staff. Will try again. An update-purchased takeout again and it was "meh". Downgrading to average. read more

My go-to for Chinese carry-out in Easton. Quick counter service, good quality food. Prices are about average. The waiting area is a bit warm, but that is expected. On the few times I've had them deliver, they are prompt and courteous. read more

This place is the definition of hole in the wall. There is one tiny table and the standard menu board from every Chinese carry out place you've ever been to. However the food is well above average and priced very fairly. The chicken was tender and they prepared my meal with all white meat upon request. The egg drop soup was also excellent. The spring rolls were average but that was probably because I didn't have enough duck sauce. I typically use my eggrolls just as a way to eat more duck sauce. I will return and this will be my standard carry out Chinese dinner when I'm in Easton. If you're having trouble finding it, pull into the shopping center and look in the center of the strip mall. Just checked in again yesterday to grab some food to go on the road and saw the kitchen staff making fresh spring rolls and glazing spare ribs. Really attests to the food being homemade from scratch. Having worked in quick serve food service before, I've seen some serious corner-cutting, but these guys take things seriously. read more

Ordered delivery from here last night thanks to another reviewer posting a pic of the menu. We had spring rolls which were crunchy and had fresh ingredients inside, chicken wings which were cooked perfectly and steamed dumplings which were a little doughy but excellent as appetizers. My son had chicken lo mein which I don't usually like but it had a great flavor to it and the noodles weren't rubbery. I had the duck and that's all I expected with some broccoli but was pleasantly surprised to find pork, chicken and shrimp as well as mixed veggies and I mean mixed veggies! Broccoli, baby corn, water chesnuts and a few more. It was fabulous! NONE of the food was greasy which is my biggest caveat with Chinese food. Not even the chicken wings were greasy which I consider to be a magical feat. I believe they use all fresh ingredients which makes a world of difference in flavor and texture. We love this place. My girlfriend and I get food here often. The service is always friendly and fast. But more important than the service is the food. These folks get it right. Every meal I've had from them has been delicious. And really, what more do you want? We love love love Hong Kong Kitchens for our Chinese food carry out! Ooooh weee the dumpling and their sauce is heavenly! Mort always gets the general tso's and I like the pork fried rice. The wonton soup is banging also!! And did i mention the ribs?! Holy schnickys they are fabulous too! We give it 1.5 thumbs up out of 2 as last delivery the cook mighta had a bad night or something because the pork fried rice was a lil bland and flavorless. But thats a rarity and everybody deserves an 'off night' every now and then. Truthfully thats the only so so meal i ever had from there. Thats a pretty darn good job just 1 so so meal out of like 35 deliveries - Beats the China Buffet hands down! #1 read more
