This business is a complete scam. I tried to cancel my appointment just 2 hours after booking,…read morewhich was made 50 hours in advance, but they ignored my calls, texts, and emails. When I finally spoke to the owner, she arrogantly refused a refund, claiming her website says "no refunds" -- but that's a blatant lie. The only vague statement about "final sales" is hidden at the very bottom of the page, with no clear cancellation policy when I booked or paid. What's more concerning is that she might not even be licensed as a massage therapist in Ohio -- which could be illegal and against state law. I have reviewed many businesses and rarely complain, but this situation is so egregious that everyone needs to be aware of their shady and potentially illegal practices. I had a family emergency and followed what little procedures were available, yet they couldn't care less. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and downright dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business unless you want to be robbed, lied to.

My wife finds massages easily uncomfortable if the therapist applies too much pressure, whereas I enjoy a very deep massage. The masseuses are able to accommodate both of these needs flawlessly. The environment is very calming, with nice music being played, beautiful aromas in the air and very calming and relaxing vibes from the staff from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave.
