Flavorful, tender, and the best chimichurri I've ever had. - oxtail poutine: I'm not a poutine girl but thought this was pretty good. The oxtail was so tender and with the gravy- seasoned very well. Pass: - striploin: we struggled to finish this one and had to ask for chimichurri to try and make it better. Even though it was cooked to a medium, it was not tender and we were not a fan of the peppercorn sauce. I'd skip the striploin and only go for the ribeye. The team at DOSC even curated a recommendations list for food in Edmonton. So sweet. 5 stars: beyond great service and very well seasoned food.
