The place was packed with all sorts of characters. Hipster cowboys, folks dressed in rockabilly attire, & casually adorned individuals like myself. The large bar was crazy busy but waiting for a drink took less than 2-3 minutes as the bartenders were moving quick. Most people were congregated near the large main stage tucked in the far right corner. Those closest were dancing in pairs. Drinks were quite cheap with beer prices ranging from $5-7 on average. My group hung out near the shuffleboard table near the exit. A few people notified Nate Bargatze & friends leaving so I guess it will be a cool spot for locals to hang & get Broadway vibes without the tourist crowds. Worth checking out if in the area!

Most bartenders I've come across these days would just plop a warm drink in front of you. She apologized for not any cold ones and offered me a cup of ice, that I happily accepted. Had to leave after just 4-5 minutes, as I can't be around smoke for health reasons. My siblings stayed and enjoyed their night. I didn't get to order food or anything though. Had to take an Uber back to our AirBnB while they watched the game. It was nice to be in a crowd of Cubs fans, even for only 4-5 minutes! But sad about the cigarette smokers all around me.

Our group arrived at Red Door dressed well and prepared to enjoy the evening after attending an industry holiday party. At the entrance, the way our group was handled felt inconsistent and unfair. One person was allowed in without being asked for ID, while another member of our group was stopped and told to remain outside because of a fake fur jacket. There was no clear explanation, no consistent application of rules, and no attempt to handle the situation respectfully. Watching different standards applied to people in the same group was confusing and upsetting. The way this was handled felt arbitrary and, from my perspective, discriminatory in nature. Being excluded while others were allowed to enter freely was humiliating and unnecessary, and it completely ruined what was meant to be a celebratory night. The overall experience at the door was, in my opinion, disgusting and shameful. This reflects very poorly on how Red Door manages its entrance and the individuals representing the venue. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.

They only had pizza by the slice. We did not eat here. I'm very much hoping they expand their food selection. The ice cream was Blue Bell. I thought with the name creamery they would be serving homemade ice cream. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer more information about what is to come. Would have loved to see a menu that they will offer in the future- or at least if the staff could have had that info. When I asked the bartender if they planned to offer more than just bottled beer in the future her response was, "I just got here at 4:00 and I don't know anything." Bartender service was prompt and friendly, but the number of security and bouncers at the front tells me that this place must get rowdy from time to time. The only nice thing I enjoyed was a clean bathroom with the sound of the show pumped into the bathroom, which was the only place I actually heard the music.
