Went over to Pohaku Fabrication the next week, told the woman in the showroom the scope of my project, she showed me the same material options that Haz had available- had an estimate to me within 48 hours. Responded to each of my subsequent questions and changes in a timely manner- that was a month ago- still not a word from HAZ- highly unreliable and worse, makes promises and breaks them. I should feel blessed- imagine how the job itself might go.
