He made it out to me within 20 minutes, told me what was wrong with my car (what to tell the shop as I am not even a little handy with cars), and had it moved right away. The staff on the phone were helpful to give me a rough quote of a re-manufacturer starter motor repair + towing the day before. I was notified that my serpentine belt also needed to be replaced - which it really did. Lots of cracks. I was given two prices: one price if I paid in cash or check. The other was a surcharge if I choose to pay in a card. It was same day repair - they towed it at 9am. They called at 10am to give a final quote / needed repair. By 1pm, I was told it was ready for pickup! Their lot is small so my car was waiting for me out on the road. Semi-high traffic area. Overall, I would use these guys again for auto repairs.

I asked…read moreto see what it was I was being asked to sign and the gentleman had no problem showing me the document stating I had received all my personal belongings from my vehicle. I stated I could not sign the document until I went through my property first. He had no problem patiently waiting for me to go through my property and cross off the items on my list as I brought a list with everything written down with me. I was surprised that everything was there including my daughter's brand new 11 in Samsung tablet as well as 3 pairs of designer name sunglasses which those items alone have a value of $1500. I did then agree to sign the document for them as I did receive all of my property back exactly as it was left in my vehicle. Nothing was stolen, broken, damaged or tampered with in any way. They now wear body cams when doing repossessions and retrieving property from the vehicle for the security of their business as well as the property owner of the vehicle.
