My wife and I went back together on Mother's Day to let her pick one out. The same lady manager was overtly rude again. She then argued with me that she did NOT have the kayak I had just seen there a day earlier. So I got a different associate to go get it and I bought it. I am a life long "outdoorsman". Typically people working in the outdoor specialty industry are positive, active, people looking forward to interacting with like minded people.
