Dean was great to work with, responsive, and provided timely updates as to when they would be able to come out and get the work done. Communication was 10/10. They had to schedule us out a bit to get the work done, but we didn't mind as fences were down all over the city due after the storm. They dropped off the fence materials the day prior, and got all work done within the expected time frame. Used quality cedar, that looks way better than the stuff my neighbor's 'guy' used. Based on good Yelp reviews, we called to get an estimate for a potential repair or replacement. Amazingly, a technician (Jorge) was available to come out the same day. He took a look at the door and said it could be repaired. Plus he would make adjustments to the springs and do some other maintenance for a very reasonable charge. We're happy with the result!
