Dean was great to work with, responsive, and provided timely updates as to when they would be able to come out and get the work done. Communication was 10/10. They had to schedule us out a bit to get the work done, but we didn't mind as fences were down all over the city due after the storm. They dropped off the fence materials the day prior, and got all work done within the expected time frame. Used quality cedar, that looks way better than the stuff my neighbor's 'guy' used. This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened.
