The roses were in terrible condition -- honestly some of the worst flowers I've ever been given. Most of them never bloomed, many already looked wilted, and by the very next day the bouquet was practically dying. For the amount of money spent, the quality was unacceptable, especially for Mother's Day. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out privately before writing this review because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to make it right. I was told to send an email, which I did immediately, but weeks later we still have not received any response at all. It's disappointing that a business selling flowers for special occasions would provide such poor quality products and then completely ignore customers afterward. They have different areas with differently priced bouquets that you can choose and take to go. One thing I really enjoyed about this shop were the many different varieties and colors of flowers they had in case you're looking for something unique. As a matter of fact the roses in the arrangement were special roses that I was told they only get in stock once or twice a year.
