Not enough staff! Tried to sit in an area but it was closed and then the waitress(Mel)took forever! I went back up once seated for over 5 minutes to the seater girl(dark haired mexican) and asked if we even had a waitress! Instead of her asking to help and get us drinks and started she just went to the waitress assigned to us as we watched and Mel did not even come over and say "just a minute" or anything. We saw she took forever to enter the order she had taken then went to another table and got involved trying to flirt and explain the menu to a table of "boys" so we just left! Sad that someone spent good money bringing that franchise to the area but does not follow up on their investment! Wonder what is wrong with America! Going into this Hooters location ruined my outlook on the franchise. The service was poor at best, although we had a larger group it took over an hour for our waitress to take the order. The food was good, but the time in which we got to eat everyone was waiting for the checks. Which I may add took an additional 20 minutes to receive after asking for them. Wish I could give them no stars. This place has the worst service I have ever seen! You have to wait about 20 min just to be seated with no line! Then the server just wants to disappear and not act like she can't hear when your calling her name MO not sure if it was her name but that's what her name tag said. Compared to other Hooters, this one in Clarksville is substandard....where do I start? They ran out of red wine on 2 occasions in the middle of the week (no sangrias). Out of three visits, they've run out of Mahi mahi twice.. Every time I visit, it is Tuesday or thursday; not crowded at all, and I have to wait at least 5 minutes before I'm even recognized by a waitress. A group of us decided to meet up at Hooters this past weekend. Worst service I have EVER experienced at any Hooters I've been to. It took at least 20 mins to get our drinks after we ordered them. My beer tasted disgusting, I look at the bottle and noticed that it expired 6 months ago!!!! No wonder it tasted awful. Isn't this part of inventory checks? Anyways we got our food nearly 2 hours after we ordered, totally unacceptable. One of the orders came back completely wrong and when they brought to the "manager's" attention (Hispanic chick with dark hair) her response was "you should've been more specific with your order" seriously? How do you mess a B.L.T up? No idea but someone we were specific enough and ended up with some patty melt sort of meal. The manager's attitude and the way she handled things were ridiculous. Came by a few days ago, had to wait almost an hour for my food and even after my food had been brought to me it wasn't what I ordered so I sat by while my friend ate while my correct order was cooking, and after confronting the waitress about how she gave me the wrong food she stated that I ordered it and said that I was wrong. When I first moved here we used to eat here every Wednesday with a bunch of friends. It has quickly become my least favorite place to go. Every time we go we have crappy service because our waitress's are always chatting with guys at other tables or talking crap about each other at the hostess stand. The last time we went two of them got into a shouting match at the hostess stand threatening the other to escalate the situation. Stay clear of this place. read more

I'm going to rate this assuming you know what hooters is... Hailey D. said it best... tits and wings. This is an average incarnate of the hooters franchise. The food is pretty standard for hooters. I'm a wing man, so that's usually what I order. The wings are sub par in size, usually with over salted sauce and even their hot wings are a little candy ass for my taste. The "hot" wings aren't hot, but have the best flavor; I also enjoyed the garlic and samurai sauce. The beer is over priced as expected and I always have an fun time confusing the waitress when I explain that Yuengling beer is the oldest AMERICAN beer and thus should be served to me at the happy hour domestic price. This tactic has had about a 30% success rate and always has a 100% entertain me rate. The atmosphere is definitely superior to BDUBs even if the wings are not. Lastly, hooters was an awesome place to catch sporting events with tons of seating and a much smaller crowd than the afore mentioned BDUB. read more

We have been going there for at least 15 yrs. Yesterday Sept. 2 2017 we got there about 12:15 party of 13. My grandson's 16th birthday ,that's where wanted to go. Some of us got appitizers drinks at 1:15 4 of were drinking beer. We got our drinks and food at 1:45. Told the waitress about our beers several times and she said there no body to make them, Really a bottle beer, then we told her that it was my grandsons birthday and wanted them to sing, she said they were to busy. The place wasn't that crowded ,so they didn't do it. My daughter and I went to Hooters for lunch today, order 2 Buffalo Chicken sandwiches and fries. Our waitress was prompt and courteous, getting our drinks to the table right away. She came by our table 3 times to apologize for the wait on our food. After 45 mins we walked out with no food, and considering the restaurant was approximately 1/3 full I feel like this is unacceptable. This Hooters is deplorable. We waited an hour and a half for our food. We only ordered two kids burgers, one adult burger, and one quesadilla. Not rocket science people! They were not even busy, and now I know why. The burger was wrong three times, yes three. It was ordered with no lettuce or tomato, the last time they brought it back they left pieces of lettuce they tried to scrape off stuck in the cheese. Now don't even think about trying to use the restroom during your eternal wait for sustenance. One stall had feces and toilet paper all over the toilet, the other had hair (you know what kind) and urine on the seat, while the last stall... the last stall will forever be imprinted in my mind, it looked like a murder scene there was so much menstrual blood everywhere. So I went to hooters last night with my husband and his friends. I know you don't expect the service here to be great but it was awful! We waited 45 minutes for our food and then both orders our waitress brought out we're wrong. When we told her we had the wrong orders, she told us the kitchen was really backed up and acted like we should just eat what she brought us if we wanted to eat at all. We called the manager over and she was a dead end. She was rolling her eyes at us when we explained that our food was wrong. She also looked like she was about 20 and should be waitressing instead. If you don't care how long it takes for your food to get to you and don't care if it's not even what you ordered, then this place is perfect for you. Otherwise it's a shithole and DON'T GO! After a long stay away decided to give it another try. Once again the wait time for food is unbelievable. For a place that specializes in wings how can it take over an hour to get your food? We did happen to ask how much longer this might take and was informed " oh only 2 more tables in front of you" OK was can handle that ( keep in mind only about 15 tables in the whole place at this time) OK great here it comes, we are starving!! Guess what?? COLD as hell, even the fries. Everyone was ready to dig in, not me. I waited over an hour for this...NOT!! I placed a order in January we received white wings when I called I was told they changed the wings and this was normal. Long story we could not eat the wings I called again and was told we would receive twenty free wings. Super Bowl Sunday I placed an order when my daughter in law went and picked them up we were still charged I called and was told they were too busy to take my call. I waited til the super bowl was over and still too busy. Finally I called and was connected with a manager. I was told the money would b put back on my card. Now this is March 15th and I finally was able to talk to a manager he wanted my card # again. I said no I'm not waiting again. We decided that I would get 20 free wings today. I had to place another order of 20 wings bc the size of my family. I personally think I should receive both orders free bc of the hassle I have entailed. But I guess at least I'm finally getting some kind of result. I love there wings I will not stop eating here but I will always check my food before leaving. I've read the comments posted and majority are very bad reviews and I understand. After 3 months and my problem just now being taken care of the least they could have done is gave me this entire order free. I will keep eating here but very disappointed in the customer service I have endured. Actually I should have been offered more than that but I guess at least it's something. I completed a survey for a code for a $3 discount with a $15 purchase. As an individual, how am I suppose to spend the required $15 for the discount without buying an excessive amount of food that will be wasted? This also negates the purpose of the discount. There is also nothing on the menu that is over $15. I planned to buy two appetizers which I thought would total $15. However, every item on the menu is one penny short the dollar. This means that the two apps were two cents short of $15. The server wouldn't give me the discount because the $15 has to be before tax is added. I wasn't able to use the discount. I missed the first five minutes of the game because I did the survey and wasn't even able to use the discount. Hooters discriminate against individual customers who are not in group. What really made me mad is that the server did not attempt to resolve this issue. She didn't even inform the manager about the issue. She was very dismissive about the issue and me for my entire stay. This is poor customer service and disrespectful to me. read more
