I was at Fort Campbell KY for work. A coworker suggested the Tilted Kilt for a brew and a bite. Mid week my schedule changed....ugh. So I'm out of work at 9:30. I put this location into the GPS and it said 30 minutes of a ride...ok. I have never been to Kentucky or Tennessee before so I was unfamiliar with the roads. Police running radar before I went into Tennessee and two miles into the state one of Tennessee's finest was doing the same thing. I had the cruise set so I was good. The restaurant/pub is located off the main drag. I saw the sign and said...there it is. It's after 10 PM on a school night so I decided to just have a couple and head out. They have a lot of TVs....showing every game that was on. Football, soccer, tennis, baseball.....lots to watch. They had Shiner on tap. Sold, bring me one. The scenery is pretty good in the place. All the girls looked tired. I can understand. The shiner is good and cold. I had another and after a bit headed for the door. I think if you want to watch a game with the fellas this is your place. Emma was hands down one of the best bartenders I've ever had. From the moment I sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and just had that great energy that makes the whole vibe better. She knew her drinks, made solid recommendations, and everything came out perfect. What really stood out was how she handled the bar even when it got busy -- still fast, still friendly, still making sure everyone was taken care of. You can tell she actually cares about what she's doing and wants people to have a good time. If you get the chance to have Emma as your bartender, you're in good hands. I ordered a salmon and arugula salad that had NO arugula. It came with iceberg and very little spring mix I wasn't complaining but I let the waitress know, not expecting anything but it wasn't that big of deal, just weird to have an item with an ingredient that isn't on the plate. Well the manager came over and Literally started arguing and raising his alcohol breath voice at me. (Definitely had been drinking) He told me that spring mix IS arugula when it's not. Tilted Kilt - What happened to this place? This used to be a great spot for solid food and a fun atmosphere. And honestly, the uniforms never bothered me--like Hooters, that was always part of the brand and company culture. But something has clearly changed. Either regulations shifted or this location is franchised and doing its own thing, because while the sign says Tilted Kilt, the vibe does not match the brand at all. The current attire feels less like themed uniforms and more like straight-up lingerie. It's jarring and completely different from what this restaurant used to be. At this point, it no longer feels like a casual pub or restaurant experience--it feels uncomfortably close to a strip club that happens to serve food (minus the pole). It raises serious questions about brand standards and who approved this direction. If you're coming for what Tilted Kilt used to be--good food, fun environment, and tasteful branding--you may be surprised, and not in a good way. read more

This was my first time going to the Tilted Kilt and I will definitely be going again. I can't remember the last time I had such a pleasant restaurant experience. I have Alexa, my server, to thank for that. She is a top notch. One of a kind. The kind of waitress you hope you get when you go out to eat.wish there were more like her. She made wonderful suggestions on the food. Always made sure we were well taken care of, and the food was really good. They have a Huge bar, 2 pool tables, great atmosphere and the ladies that work there are beautiful. They knew what they were doing when they picked these girls. My husband and I came in very much looking forward to ordering some wings and having beers while watching football. We come here on a regular basis and normally stay a long time. Yesterday however, was the worst experience we've had here. We understand when there is only one bartender that you need to be patient, but it took an extremely long time for us to even just get our first beer. The bartender went around taking care of everyone who already had drinks first, sent some messages on her phone, then finally came to us. My main complaint though, is how bad the food was. We have never had complaints about the food until now. We ordered Reuben rolls for an appetizer which took about 30 minutes to come out (it was not busy). Even once they did, it was soaking in grease and barely filled with anything and the meat was burned. In the total of the 1 hour- ish we were there we accomplished getting 1 beer and rolls that we didn't even eat. They were taken off our bill but to our surprise the kitchen guy who came and took it off the bill didn't even look at us or acknowledge the food or dissatisfaction. Food for other people also sat for at least 10 minutes at the bar before getting taken to their seat. The manager with brown hair that was there does nothing and is totally aloof to anything going on. He could easily help the bartender and walk people's food to them while it's still hot, but he doesn't. While we were waiting for our first beer he came right in front of us and didn't even ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. It was truly the worst time we've had here. read more

The service was ok. There were two bartenders the one Friday night I went. One was very nice the other seemed like she didn't want to be there whatsoever. The food was not good but I've now noticed that about two completely different other tilted kilt locations in two different states as well, so it may just be a company standard that's lower. We did Disney Trivia and had some of the -best out of this world - supernatural conversations about angels, ghosts, demons, and aliens (& the funniest times in the bathroom). I kept laughing non stop with Kamren. "Shireena" was our server dressed in a lovely Frozen Disney movie, Elsa costume. She was a nice and attentive server. I ordered white wine and a side of green beans. Food was good not the best. White Wine, Ecco Domani, was perfect. This is the first time I hung out late at night at a bar in this area. read more

The Servers are great. The menu looked tasty but the food was mostly disappointing. The Scotch Eggs are good, but my wife didn't eat more that a few bights of her French Dip before deciding it wasn't worth finishing. My Street Tacos with blackened shrimp tasted good but the shrimp to tortilla ratio was off. Street Tacos are typically 4" tortillas, which would have been better than the larger fairly empty ones that came out. The tortilla chips seemed stale. The two cocktails we had were other weak side. For two kids meals, our two entrees, Scotch Eggs and two weak cocktails our bill came to just over $80. Save your money and try somewhere else. read more

Shrink flation? Quickly greeted and seated on Monday around lunchtime. Order was taken and served in a reasonable time. The food for all three meals was the proper temperature and tasted very good. Typical Tilted Kilt atmosphere. Not really crowded as prices have increased and portions decreased. I'm not sure that the few fries placed on the plate should count as a "side." Just another sad reflection of the state of the economy. I took pictures and if the picture from my previous review is still available, it's easy to see the difference in portion size for fries. read more

The boyfriend and I were looking for a spot to watch Sunday night football. I had suggested Tilted Kilt a month ago and we never made it, so we decided to try it out. And umm...wow. Knockoff Hooters wasn't what I was expecting, but hey, it is what it is. Our server was friendly, but she was more interested in hanging out with her friends that came in than actually waiting on us, and acted annoyed when we asked for anything that took her away from her conversation, not to mention her shorts showed half her cheeks, while the others were dressed within their uniform code I'm sure, and certainly more covered. But hey, we had TVs, drinks, and food, and that's all we really wanted. If we ever go back, I'm sticking with either the buffalo wings or the hangover burger-hot, juicy, seasoned, both were great. On a busy night, no wait. Probably should have been a clue. Was seated promptly. When asking if could be in better position to see the game, waitress obliged but disappeared. Apparently we were now not in her section so she ignored us, but failed to tell the new waitress we had been seated. After about 5 minutes finally a confused waitress showed up to ask if had been served as she was confused. I'll blame that one on us. When asking for a beer menu was told to scan the QR code. Tried to scan on 8 different tables all of them in such bad shape that none worked. Asked waitress if they had an amber/red on tap. She mentioned she wasn't sure as beers had changed recently. Ill blame that one on COVID. After getting up and going to the bar to find a beer put in order (drinks, appetizers and entree). Beer came quickly. The fried pickles were decent. Waitress attentive, checking in a few times. Food came out in a reasonable time, but it was just not that good. The club had bacon that under cooked and bread that was barely toasted and almost soggy. My wife's burger was just low quality meat. She couldn't stomach more than half a burger and barely touched the fries. This is probably the worst food we have had in the last 12 months eating out. If the waitress wasn't friendly and nice this would have been a one star. I know people don't come here for the food, but really when it is this bad they should just stick to drinks. Upside, my Arizona State Sun Devils put up 70 points on a Friday night game and got to see it on a gloriously big TV screen. Take the small victories folks. read more

For lunch today we stopped at Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery. We started with the pretzel for an appetizer and it was...good. Very salty and pretty buttery, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a napkin pat for preference. We shared the Grilled Wings with sauces on the side. They definitely have my favorite Garlic Parm sauce for wings!!! The wings were a great size and had fantastic grilled flavor. For sides my hubby got fries and for my preference I thought they were too heavy and greasy (just my preference as I am not one for fried food). I got the green beans as my side and they were delicious!!! We sat at the bar and each had very good cocktails. The bar was pretty understaffed, but the bartender was still very friendly and attentive. I don't often review chain restaurants but we really appreciated the grilled wing options and the service was great despite how busy she was. read more

I should have taken the negative reviews more seriously. As soon as we walked in we saw a girl at the front podium who barely looked up at us. When we said hello she replied, bar or table. We asked for a table. She went over to a 2 top where her friends were just sitting and hanging out socializing with the workers and asked them to move. They reluctantly got up and left the restaurant and she sat us there but didn't even clean the table for us. Soon after our waitress came by to ask what we wanted to drink. She brought our drinks back quickly and took our order. The food took FOREVER! We waited over 45 min for a burger, wings, and a chicken sandwich. When the food finally came out they brought us the wrong wings. The coleslaw was just a puddle of mayonnaise and the food was so over salted it was practically inedible. I asked for a different side since I couldn't eat the coleslaw and she very sarcastically replied "anything for you". The restaurant was not busy and there were at least 10 servers on staff. Plus there were 4 cooks in the kitchen. Not one of the girls could be bothered to smile or appear friendly. They all look like the customers are a nuisance and they are miserable. This restaurant needs a serious refresher course on customer service skills. This establishment could be a great place. But that was the first and the last time we will ever be going here. read more

Service was excellent but the food was disappointing. We went on a Sunday afternoon intent on watching football while having lunch. The place was fairly busy at the bar but the tables were hardly occupied. Our waitress was attentive and repeated the order back to us. She kept our drinks full and stopped by several times to check on us. We ordered ten wings for an appetizer. They came out pretty quickly. They were cooked to my liking, nice and crispy but that was most likely due to the fact that they barely had any meat on them. I am not exaggerating. They were the most puny wings I have ever been served. My husband had a burger which he said wasn't as good as he remembered them being. I ordered a classic club. It was supposed to be on Texas toast. Maybe it was but I couldn't tell. The sandwich came out hot and soggy. I have to admit I was quite surprised by that. I have eaten many club sandwiches in my lifetime and have never been served a hot one. I didn't even know that was a possibility. I will admit the fries were crunchy and tasty. Our bill was close to 60.00 with a few drinks added on. Too much money for too little quality. We chose this place due to the many football game options. Its fine. If your looking for something to put in your belly you could stop here. Server was nice. But the food was terrible. French dip is not a French dip it's dry meat with a piece of cheese thrown on an in toasted bun served with some brown water under the disguise of au jus. The green beans had such a strong soy sauce flavor they were inedible. The server said they are not cooked in soy sauce. The fish and chips the fish was soggy and the fries were ok. The queen of Mary tots had potential but the beer cheese ruined it with the weird tangy flavor. We can now say we have been to a tilted kilt..... likely won't go to any in other locations. read more

I helped plan a retirement party for my best friend and we had the most terrible experience. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated as if we were a burden and they did not want us there. I requested a manger multiple times and he never showed to our table. Despite calling twice to verify our reservation, they had nothing prepared for us. They tried to put us in the smoking areas to wait so we wouldn't be in the way. The gentleman retiring has Sarcoidosis of his lungs and cannot be in that Smokey environment. This was gone over in detail when I called previously. We had a group of 30 that stood for over 35 min waiting for them to "find" us a seat. There was one waitress who did an amazing job Chloe L. But she receive zero help from anyone else I clueing the manager. I think 7 of the orders that came out were completely wrong and sent back to the kitchen. Every order who didn't order wings was cold and all of the condiments on the had clearly been sitting too. My side of queso was congealed and I was able to turn it upside down with out it pouring out. We had brown guacamole, multiple cold items including a double cheese burger and a Philly steak. A quesadilla was ordered and there was not eh pigg cheese to hold it together or just fell apart. I was baffled by the food quality. They also had a few pint beers were got ordered that were not good or not the same for example we have a local brewery in town that makes a Vanilla Ale, what they said was Blackhorse vanilla ale was 100% not, as we do frequent Blackhorse and this was a knock off beer. Not even close to the same color or taste. Their Guinness, was also terrible and several of the guys didn't finish there first ones and swapped to bottle beer. When a few of the men asked for the manager we waiting over 20 min for him to come to our table and then he was argumentative and confrontational only making excuses for how he was at max capacity for his establishment. Other than 2 other low top tables and the bar area which was not full there were no other patrons in this establishment. There were 2 girls behind the bar and two other waitresses that did help run some beer, the hostess sat at a table with two guys drinking and played on her phone for three hours. She never helped anyone. This is only a snippet of our evening, I along with my 30 closest friends will not be returning to this establishment. Along with all of our negative google reviews I hope that no one ever eats here ever again. I have never been treated so poorly by a hostess when we arrived or a manager who after 5 attempts of asking for him took two hours to come speak to us.
