The staff were friendly and the food came out relatively quickly. My husband and child enjoyed their wings, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered the smoked wings with the Cajun rub, something I had been really looking forward to. What I received did not look or taste like smoked wings at all. I even double-checked with our waitress, who confirmed they were indeed the smoked wings but they didn't meet the standard I expected. The drinks were okay. It's probably been like 8919371 years since I've been to a Hooters. Friends invited us and wanted to hangout and have a bite before we all went bowling. The food wasn't bad - pretty typical Hooters. Food was good, but the wings have shrunk in size over the years. The good: The service was quite good this afternoon, no complaints. The place was a bit dead around 3, which was great for quick seating and serving, and quite happening by 4:30 or so when we left. I don't know why the reviews are so low, but relative to other hooters experiences this one was above average. My daughter loved the waitress (Brie/Briana) and so did the wife, so I guess they're doing something right! Good times. If I could leave a ZERO I would. We were being served by Gabriella (new apparently). First off, worst service I have had in a verrry long time. Bad attitude from the get go. We were one of the first tables to arrive around 3:30. We left the restaurant two hours later, that's got up and leave, we didn't and couldn't eat the garbage that was coming out. Our server not once asked if we wanted refills on drinks, not once. We ordered a Wednesday special that comes with a pint of beer, we had 3 of the orders, beer never came out. I had to go to the bar and ask them for it. Tables were being sat around us, everyone getting drinks and food as we waited. We still had no food an hr 1/2 after being seated. Still had not been asked if we needed anything. Food came out for 1 person, the wings were cold, obviously had been sitting for a good while. I sent it back. We ordered sliders, the meat was wayyyy over seasoned. Salty x100. The next order of wings came out and those were cold and the waitress did not even know what flavor she was bringing out. It was overall the worst restaurant experience I've had in a very long time. I asked for the manager 3x and he was apologetic but he also never made rounds to see if anything was ok w the tables. But I did notice in the main restroom, each time we went, there were multiple girls in there putting make up and taking selfies., talking to each other, no care in the world. That's why the service is so bad. This place needs a major staff overhaul. Manager wants to make it right and have us go back., but even if it was free, I will not waste two hours of another day for this. Not one thing was good here. First time here, Let the excitement die down a bit. But it wasn't died down, it was packed as hell. Good thing I was meeting up some buddies at the bar. No wait and I sat right down. It was quick getting drink order. And after a few beers the bartender convinced us to grab some food. So we did. Fried pickles, Buffalo Shrimp, and an order of wings. The food went down good. It was my first time at the restaurant and the service was horrible! Our server took our drink order and our food order and never came back. She never bothered to ask us if we needed more water more drinks. If we needed more food asked us how our meals were. She didn't do none of that. Meanwhile, she's standing in front of us on her phone and talking to the other waitresses and never acknowledging us at all. When it was time to ask for our tickets, she had to make corrections like five times before she got it right we were a party of 6 adults and two kids three receipts and they had to be changed five times until she finally got the orders, correct. Right before leaving, I spoke to the manager and voiced my concern. His response was he was very sorry and that the server needed more training never offered to give us a discount never offered maybe a free meal. None of that. We've been waiting for another Hooters to open. Purposely stayed away their first week, to get the full experience. The hostess's lack of greeting and smile should've been an indicator. We waited 10 minutes after being seated for someone to acknowledge us. After flagging her down, she was distracted as she took our order. I repeated my order at least 5 times. Not a difficult order, just 10 wings original breaded, curly fries and a Diet Pepsi. I also had a question about a margarita.. do they make a jalapeño margarita. If so, I'll take one. 30 minutes later, we got the wrong order, and btw we do make a jalapeño margarita, but don't have the ingredients. The manager came over, but didn't say his name! We went on 12/18/23 so disappointed. We ordered the buffalo shrimp as an appetizer. It never came until after our wings showed up. We ordered hot wings. We got the most greasy/oiliness wings ever. Sitting in grease/oil. They were even hot they were definitely mild. We reminded the waitress that we had ordered the buffalo shrimp appetizer that she never brought. We almost cancelled the order but didn't. The shrimp was terrible. Over steamed, half the breading was off, limp and tasteless. The only thing that was good were the curly fries and my Pepsi. My family and I have been going to Hooters for years all over the country and we love their good and service. We have been to the Hooters at Joe Battle in El Paso Texas twice and the service was real bad. We had to wait 45 minutes just got our drinks to get to our table and our food was cold when we got it. When we ask one of the managers what was taking so long, she said in a rude manner " you are not the only ones here". Also I noticed that the servers all around were not really friendly and it felt like they just wanted to get rid of their clients. We had the same bad experience twice in a row. I know that probably they don't care about their customers because they are packed, but it's really sad because since 1992 we have never had a bad experience in any of the Hooters we have been at. read more

This place just started and service is already subpar. It's a Thursday night and having to wait an hour when there's is several open tables and all the hostesses can say is there's not enough servers. How can you open a new place and there's not enough servers? And yet there's apparently a need for 4 hostesses to just stand around? Sat down and I had to get up to ask a manager if anyone was helping us. Then, we asked to get a regular side salad before the meal, which came out with it.. given to me was a dirty fork with food on jt. I ordered the Baja shrimp tacos which tasted like they had ketchup on it so I sent it back and they still tried to charge me saying "well there's nothing wrong with it so I don't think we can take it off the ticket". Kids meals were jacked, and food was forgotten. When something was said about the hour wait the waitress, Helen, without provocation, started talking over us about how it's not her fault, when we never placed the blame on her. This Hooters just opened maybe 4 miles from me so wanted to check it out. Like any Hooters I've been to, really disappointed with the food and doubt I'll be back. I'm way too old for cute girls in skimpy outfits to keep me coming back, and there's WAY too much good food in El Paso. I had a Buffalo Chicken Salad but I substituted grilled shrimp for the chicken. It was $13.29 + $1.99 for the shrimp substitute = $15.28. Plus an iced tea and tax was around $20.37. It had to be the worst $15 salad I have had in my life. Talk about scrimping on ingredients: Iceberg lettuce (the cheapest) and the only other produce was a few miniscule chunks of tomatoes, also chunks of bleu cheese. I will say the grilled shrimp and bleu cheese were pretty good, but overall an El Cheapo salad for over $15 which I consider ridiculous. And what else do they have on the menu? Of course like any other sports bar it's mostly burgers and a lot of fried food which I cannot eat due to my weight. They do have a big plate of grilled or steamed shrimp for $14.99 but I have to wonder if shrimp alone would fill me up. You can also get a plate of crab for $29.99. The manger there--Eric was very professional and took care of things quickly and very politely. The waitress, I believe her name was Daniel was also very good at servicing so many people with a friendly smile and very skillfully! It was a very enjoyable experience. Worst service that I've ever experienced in any restaurant. It took about 2 hours for the restaurant to make a burger and tots and in those 2 hours our waitress came to our table about twice. After we spoke to the manager, he still forgot about my order and didn't remember until about an hour and half into the wait, which I thought they were already supposed to be working on. I would not recommend this hooters at all and suggest you go somewhere else if you want adequate service and food within 2 hours of ordering. read more

Extremely disappointed with the place. I had high hopes for I always have had a good time at Hooters and the atmosphere has always been welcoming. Since the entrance the flat effect of the hostesses should have been my first red flag. The restaurant was half empty and still had a 20 min wait for more disappointment. Our waitress was Gabi, and was honest enough to apologize for the inconvenience of the kitchen staff delay, 2nd red flag. Upon receiving our food, the wings were extremely cold.
